Great video ! Greeks have been the predominant ethnic group in the region of Constantinople and Asia Minor, already for a millennium before the Roman Empire emerged. They never vanished from their native lands. Hence it was only natural for the Eastern part to retain its pre-existing Hellenic identity and background. For those interested, some monumental works regarding the Greek Byzantine Empire by three experts of Byzantine History, include; Warren Treadgold; “A Concise History of Byzantium”, “A History of the Byzantine State and Society”, “Byzantium and Its Army, 284-1081”, “The Byzantine Revival, 780-842”. Sir Steven Runciman; “Byzantine Civilization”, “The Fall of Constantinople 1453”, “The Great Church in Captivity: A Study of the Patriarchate of Constantinople from the Eve of the Turkish Conquest to the Greek War of Independence”, “Byzantine Style and Civilization”, “The Last Byzantine Renaissance”. All epic.
Can you do an alternative scenario , what if Stalin was more a Russian nationalist ? (just to see the borders of others Soviet republics)
Amazing video plz make part 4 soon
Wtf? WW2 wouldn't have been simply avoided with Poland ceding its lands to Germany. Hitler would have continued asking lands to his neighbours over and over.
F to Napoleon. He tried
为什么国旗上要写上水……😮😮😮
What prompt did you use
Golden horde is tatars
1:11 impossible for USSR to win without Baku oil
How did we take Königsberg?
Make an alternate timeline of the WORLD from its formation to the present day.
We would still be a great empire if the Spanish hadn’t killed us all 😊😉🫠
What if they won ww1 though
Whats the music at 8:02
Tatar march
Golden Horde was ruled by Tatars
Not bad at all. 😎
God save the great republic of eaztir🗿🗿🗿🗿
Extremely unrealistic and inaccurate at the beginning.
23:12 HOLD UP! What the actual hell is going on. 1st of all, Russia is not NEARLY as powerful as that in 1571. 2nd of all, the Romans and Russians would be allies as the Russians were inspired by the Romans and they were both Orthodox and many cities in southern Ukraine had Greek names while under the Russian Empire.
Estados Unidos nunca venderia um território seu para a URSS, poderia ser uma ilha mas ñ venderia, e China nunca se uniria com a URSS, ainda mais naquela época q vc mostrou, ou vc tava querendo que tivesse uma extrema guerra civil?
Damn the plague hits hits different in this timeline
in 1918 the soviets would never get carpathiana ruthenia and galica
“Anna dies from wounds caused by war.” Is this implying that she was actively fighting on the ground with lifelong adult male soldiers?
Maybe she was like Joan of Arc.
why does bosnia become an emirate? without the ottoman conquest of the Balkans its impossible for that area to have become muslim? also how did Austria get Hungary? That also only happened bc of the ottomans
Why does it look like the island of New Guinea?
orthodox indonesia LETS GOOOOO
What prompt did you use?
Great job, I'm looking forward to part 4
Loved this! Really great work. Could we also get a religious map and a map which isn’t inverted? And I hope to see more hopefully!
Woah, I was not expecting the black plague to take out the roman empire.
Yeah, in this alternate universe, the Black Plague was so horrible that it destroyed nearly all of mainland Europe, allowing the Arab countries to reconquer what is left of the Roman Empire and other countries that got wiped out.
I wanna say that if the byzantines survived America would have been discovered later because trade to Asia wouldn’t be cut off
Timeline of main events: 2750 BC - The first humans arrive on Mu via the Melanesian islands. Various tribes would spread out across Mu over the next 3,500 years. 860 AD - The first societies form on the northwestern tip of Mu. By now, all but the interior has some form of human settlement. 900 AD - The first empire forms on Mu, the Palain Empire, taking control of the northwest. 1490 - The Palain Empire has long since fallen, being split into several smaller nations (with the main rump state, Tokqos, shown in green). By now, a few other major powers have risen up on the continent, each exerting their influence over their respective regions. Those powers are: Tokqos in the northwest, Mieue fringing the western lake, the Padani Horde in the east, and the Houru Federation forming a thin sliver in the south. 1500 - Mochtej splits off from Padani after a fierce rebellion. 1532 - Spanish explorers land on Padani lands. Unfortunately, the Padani would soon find themselves being mercilessly slaughtered in the name of God and gold. 1534 - After a long-fought war, Padani would become a Spanish puppet, with some of the coastal regions being annexed directly into the Spanish Crown. 1538 - The northeastern city states fall under Spanish control or influence. 1545 - By now, Spain has taken most of northern Mu. 1549 - Some of the Palain city states form an alliance to combat Spanish expansion, forming the Wairua League. 1553 - Tokqos falls to the Spanish Crown. 1559 - As Spain begins to launch their assault on the Palain region, the Wairua League tries to convince the remaining city states to join their alliance. 1579 - The monarchy in Mieue is deposed, allowing a tribal-led government to take over. Mieue is reformed into the Nauro Horde. 1610 - The Dutch establish a trade colony just northwest of Nauro. However, the Nauro are less than welcoming, forcing the Dutch to fight against them, in which they win and seize some of their land. 1635 - The Wairua League manages to convince all peoples who haven't fallen to Spanish rule to join them. 1653 - The Spanish begin their assault on the Wairua League, an event they had prepared for and anticipated for over a century. 1655 - Mochtej falls into a civil war. Spain uses the conflict to annex some border regions. 1659 - The Taieu rebellion manages to oust the Mochtej government. 1672 - Mu enters a period of relative peace which lasts for just over century 1780 - A treaty is signed between Spain, the Netherlands, and the Wairua League to draw up stable borders and encourage peace. By now, the Dutch had integrated Nauro into their colony. 1785 - The Houru Federation falls under French hands. The French hoped to use this territory to recoup their losses from the Seven Years War and from helping America gain their independence. 1789 - Britain establishes a colony in the south, not far from where the French have established theirs. 1792 - With the threat of European hegemony looming, the Eaztir city states unite under one banner to combat the threat. 1795 - Spain makes moves on Taieu 1796 - A treaty is signed between the European powers to carve up the uncolonized interior. 1830 - Inspired by the rebellions in Latin America, Auro and Padani declare independence from Spain. Tokquos would follow suit a year later. 1854 - Pontau declares independence. 1874 - Germany establishes a colony in the southeast and immediately launches a campaign to subjugate Taieu and Eaztir 1876 - A new treaty is signed to redraw Mu's borders, with Belgium being given a slice of Britain's former holdings. 1880 - Andria declares independence, with Tokquos and Pontau taking some land from Spain in the ensuing chaos. 1899 - Due to their loss in the Spanish-American War, Spain is forced to cede their holdings on Mu to the US. 1914 - World War I begins, with Germany launching an assault on Belgian Mu. 1919 - As part of the Treaty of Versailles, German Mu is split between Britain and Belgium. 1924 - The Pacifia Territory is formed. 1937 - Auro, Tokquos, and Pontau are invaded by Japan, and they fall very quickly. 1940 - World War II. While Japan subjugates the Northwest, Germany seizes the Dutch and Belgian holdings on the continent, while the French holdings are taken by the Vichy government. 1946 - With the end of WWII, the northwest is freed from Japanese control, forming the Republic of Pinia. 1959 - The Pacifia and Mu territories are admitted as US states. 1962 - Eaztir declares independence. 1965 - Dutch Mu becomes part of Indonesia. 1966 - Houru declares independence. 1967 - Saraw declares independence. 1968 - Muw declares independence. 1970 - Micronesia declares independence. 1971 - Tuvalu declares independence. 1972 - Tokelau declares independence 1980 - Samoru declares independence, with Tuvalu taking the what's left of France's holdings. 1982 - Jannu declares independence, ending European presence on the continent.
fun fact Hokkaido has a local dish called Genghis Khan.

When the Russification of the east fails in Siberia.
why would they move capital to imrpovise defences? in time of peace? why. the small adrianople wasn't better defended?
that fact golden horde was moving away from its original position
this isn’t history it’s futute
what happened to albanians?
Just saying but after the second great northern war Russia would be severely underdeveloped and probably not win many wars with the nordics.
Why did former Spanish colonies have such high Muslim populations?
Since the indigenous peoples were never in the americas, spain and portugal imported west/north african people to work in the mountains, kinda like the same situation as haiti
nice mapping, maybe you could let the info bigger and the map closely and with more time in the screen, although that was pretty nice
Good video!
The changes are too fast, the change from ming to shun is basically overnight, which never happens
And Canada
Why would the Portuguese Empire be so slow and effortless? Did they make the Tordesillas a horizontal line instead of vertical?
Haha
Presumably the entire continent was full of wild animals and nature that was completely uncontrolled, so I would assume further colonisation from where they intially landed would be difficult at first.
@@onhundredjedds8959 that makes sense
