I saw him in Knoxville TN. one time , in the mid eighties . There were about 4 to 5 thousand people there . The wildest crowd I've ever seen at a concert . Two 50 gallon barrels of liquor confiscated at the door, still plenty got in! As soon as the lights went out the guy beside me I didn't know ,handed me a hit of blotter acid & the joints started passing around . I remember his hands blazing & my ears were ringing for 2 days . True Story !

The energy he puts off alone is way off the scale!!! You can literally see the music pouring from his soul! His playing is beyond words, no words come to me that are sufficient, amazing, and great just dont come close, hes the guitar god, 2025 now and no one still comes close❤ RIP STEVIE! SEE YOU ON THE OTHER SIDE MY MAN!

Why has there not been a SRV biopic? Is there not enough drama and tragedy to his story? I had the idea probably 25 years ago that Brad Pitt could play him. He might be too old now to do it. Who else would be good, I wonder.
