11 Year Old Sierra Ivie sings the classic from Loretta Lynn. Filmed at the Station Inn on May 16th.
Thank god for this artist I was almost at the end of my rope of dealing with the covid pandemic and being in too many awful situations at work and home and the outside world to the point where I had anxiety and depression but listening to this song helped me keep working.
YOU may laugh - but as a Kid I thought it was Laudanum, Laudanum, Laudanum BECAUSE I collected ANTIQUES and KNEW a little more about life & OLD Times - than MOST Kids !!!
Fabulous!!
Greetings from 2024. Dale Ann Bradley and other musicians, thank you for your excellent rendition of this great song. Janis and Kris Kristofferson would be honored by your performance. Outstanding!
Hey Dale Ann when have you been to Pineville KY
Very nice
Bellísima versión gracias 😍😍😍😍😍

just finding you hope happiness is shining down on you ma'am you sure did light my night up ✌
love you Dale - do you want to marry me ?
Nice voice wrong chord this sounds like B flat Janice done it in G .
Sounds just right in B flat.
I love your voice and the performance is awsome 😍
This classic was originally made famous by Roger Miller, singing the classic written by Kris Kristofferson. Janis Joplin did a cover of this, and did it as a more bluesy version. In my opinion it was not as good as the original. I like country !
Song I wrote for Dale Ann back in 2008, from her Compass CD by that name.
This is a great song and deserves a much wider audience. I've seen Dale Ann 3 times in Omagh, N Ireland, what a star. I'm not even a big country/bluegrass fan but this is the real deal. I love it.
Thanks for writing this song. Get's in my head almost every week for years now. Amazing tune.
@@jblader111 thank you so much for letting us know that.
@@stephenhill2000 sure appreciate that. and Dale Ann turned this song to magic, as she does. Greetings across the pond.
just heard you on sirius and you sound like an angel

Wow! Great voice!
thank you dale for using the talent that god has given you - dale you are 1 of the best - dale 1 day you deserve to be in the bluegrass music hall of fame
Dale Ann's voice sends me. And she's a wonderfully encouraging teacher too. I took a lead tenor singing class at Swannanoa Gathering. Loved it and can't wait til the next one. Who is the man playing mandolin? His and Dale Ann's singing on Restoring the Love is absolutely gorgeous (on her great album Somewhere South of Crazy).
Incredible. Amazing talent. Just... wow. Unreal. I'll be buying this.
Dale is a fine singer and this is a good cover. May even sound real good...until you follow it up with Janis' rendition. At which point I have to say... Janis is definitely in a league of her own on this. Dale's cover is just good but not Great.
Check the version by Pink: surprisingly good too!
Who's the one &^*&% that hit dislike?
AWESOME!!!!
Wow she's amazing! She has a very nice pitch :).
That's me playing bass with my mamma.
What a great video and filmed in Cumberland Gap,. Couldn't be more fitting.
The voice of an Angel, What a talent! Is there anything she can't sing?
Wow, what a voice. This is the first I've heard from her and this group.
Wow
this is a great version...it's actually the best cover i've heard of this song
Terry Baucom can rip the banjo like no other
I saw her video on CMT, that's awesome!
Dale Ann Bradley is such a fantastic talent!
janis would be pretty proud of this i think...
