I'll always call this my favourite series of RD overall. And I watch them all a couple of times a year at least usually. The Blue Midget dance routine is painfully awful to watch. And the Krytie TV episode is poor. But apart from that there's some legendary scenes like the entirety of the Pete episode. Also this series contains my 2nd favourite line ever from Red Dwarf. With the 'Come back Mr Sucks!" (My favourite ever line is the Captain Bollocks one from S11.)

Do You have the Smeg Ups That go along with this, It has been removed from your daily motion account? I can't seem to find the series 10 smeg ups anywhere either, I don't know if all of the smeg up featurettes are the same as what is on the Just the Smegs DVD or if they are different.

Saturday > Saturday. I'll admit here and now that it didn't rain all day. It in fact rained ALL WEEK. The entire thing. Nope, I tell a lie. It actually stopped for about 90 minutes on the Thursday afternoon. At which point me and the wife grabbed a kid under each arm and rushed them out to the play park to have a go on the swings. The (now ex) wife had also just fallen pregnant with our youngest daughter. And was amazed to find that the camp supermarket sold no veg or salad whatsoever.

I have the first 8 season on dvd. Anytime im feeling a bit down i put one on and it never fails to cheer me up.

I feel sorry for them suffering through filming this scene as it was really cold and only to film another scene with the same dialogue and in the end they didn't use this version in the final project

It's a bit poor show the way Doug talks about Juliet's direction. It always sounds unprofessional to criticise colleagues, but Doug was the man in charge and he knew how complex and ambitious the episodes were, because he wrote them! He completely mismanaged the recruitment process and didn't provide the right support and supervision. He really ought to have taken some ownership rather than blame shifting. Fair play to Juliet for appearing in this and acknowledging her mistakes and learning curves. Despite her failings the series turned out great, and it noticeably raised the bar in my opinion.
