Also, why is the axis created as Not Current at the begining?. The Mounting surface "Cup" is too wide for the same reason(measures 44) Wrong side of metal was used

Actually the parts are first designed in software, Then the press tool is designed to manufacture this part Like forming tool , piercing tool , etc The parts isn't made in one step this require 4 to 5 tools to manufacture this part Then finding blanking size tonnegae pressure and many more

Hello Vignesh You have to use trim option separately when you need, you can't use continuously trim commond There is other commds related to trim commond , but it needs practice to learn all the commond and shortcut in catia
