Use NovaWorldBuff addons Rend Log feature.
Wait while WCB is off CD, once you see the Yell RP go out cast MC cap on a crossroads guard
Pray for it to backfire and MC yourself
YOU CANNOT BE IN COMBAT AND USE MC HELM
I almost never have horde mess with me, and the rare times I do you just need to play around it.
