Hi,
My journey started in 2019 after helping for 2 years at the Marie Curie clap station supporting all the runners in the Cardiff Half Marathon and being totally inspired by them all. So in 2019 I completed my first 10K and then further in the year my first half Marathon in Cardiff. Since then I have ran approx 40 no official, 2 more official half marathons and more recently ran the London Marathon. All whilst raising funds for Marie Curie ( Approx £9,000.00 to date )
Due to injury my plan had to change for London so I bought an Insta 360 and decided to film it.
Then I thought why not film and add my runs onto You Tube so that people can see them and decide if they would want to do that particular run.
So my plan is to now film some park runs / official and non official runs and see where it goes from there.
I am fresh out of the box with you tube / filming and editing so be kind.

Highly recommend this and it's one of the races in the SuperHalfs series. The support en route was absolutely amazing and as for the route it is probably one of the flattest courses out there.

Run Walk Crawl Dragon 30 Ultramarathon. This was my first ever Ultra marathon. The route started in Dunraven Bay and finished at Cardiff Bay and followed the Welsh coastline path. Absolutely stunning views en route but be aware that there are many ups and downs. I would highly recommend this race if you are interested in an Ultra where you can't really get lost. This a must do local event, you start in Blaenavon and run to Pontypool. It's mainly downhill so probably one of the fastest courses in the UK.

My second time running the London marathon and if you ever get the chance then jump at it. Everyone involved with this event were amazing, from the Expo, bag drop, Marshalling, London Underground staff etc. The crowds were mental but absolutely deafening at times. Unfortunately I didn't wipe the lens as much as I should have so apologise for some of the unclear footage.

Having done this event twice before I asked if this year I could pace it for Run4Wales. Slight difference in the route from previous years but this is my favourite of the 10K series in 2024. Lots of different aspects to this route with an incline or two.The day started off grey and very, very wet but the sun came out for the race. Highly recommend this event.

A few of the lanes around Llantwit Major and a bit more of the South Wales coastal path. Beautiful route to do if the weather is good.

Great local event that I would very highly recommend, its even on a bank holiday Sunday so you can go for a nice relaxing meal/drink after.

Thought we would try this park run out as we were in the are for the London marathon 2024. It was 3 laps and at some points on a very narrow path. You had to beware if you were going past runners that the faster runners were also trying to get passed you. That being said it was a lovely park to be running around.
Snowdonia (Eryri) Marathon 2023

My 2nd marathon and I chose this one (Im still not sure why). The weather was so very kind compared to previous years so the views were amazing. The water stations and crowds were absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend this race.

Vale Runners experiencing the best that Lisbon has to offer and it did not disappoint. That being said someone could of turned the sun down as it was was too hot for us all.

A charity fundraiser event. Running from Caerphilly Castle to Cardiff Castle. Approx 11 miles. Highly recommend this run, lovely route, very well organised with the added bonus of helping Velindre Hospital.
