This is my channel to show the cool engineering projects that I have been working on
Python 2D PNG to 3D-Printable Coaster Script! Part 1: Proof-of-Concept
This video is part 1 about a script I made to generate STL files from PNG images, allowing users to instantly create their own 3D-Printable coasters with no CAD software necessary!

3D Printed Handbrake (MSC Challenge: Part 4)
Переглядів 4,4 тис.Рік тому
This video is about how I made the handbrake as part 4 of a series I am doing to build my own Sim-Racing gear and use it to win the My Summer Car Rally. Find all of the STL files at my Thingiverse: www.thingiverse.com/thing:6033806 Find the code I used at my GitHub: github.com/b5050d/CodeShare/tree/main/SimRacingHandbrake/pedals_shifter_handbrake/pedals_shifter_handbrake Thank you for watching....
3D Printed H-Pattern Shifter (MSC Challenge Part 3)
Переглядів 2,8 тис.Рік тому
This video is about the H-Pattern Shifter I made from scratch. It is mostly 3D printed and used hall effect sensors and magnets to detect gear position. In this video, I show off prototypes, how its made, the electrics, and the code behind sending input to the PC. STL Files located here: www.thingiverse.com/b5050d/designs Code located here: github.com/b5050d/CodeShare Please leave a like and co...
Sim Racing Rig Build (My Summer Car Challenge: Part 2)
Переглядів 846Рік тому
This video is a simple video on how I built the Sim Racing Rig for the My Summer Car Challenge I am doing. In this video I describe the design of the rig, I go over a script I made to help select where to cut from standard lengths of wood, and finally I show how the rig was built and give some tips if you decide to make one for yourself. Hope you enjoy! Check out Sim Racing Pedals here! : ua-ca...
3D Printed Sim Racing Pedals! (MSC Challenge : Part 1)
Переглядів 14 тис.Рік тому
I started a challenge to make all my own Sim-Racing gear for the My Summer Car rally. This video covers the design process for the creation of the pedals. I have posted all of the .stl files to my Thingiverse page: www.thingiverse.com/thing:5899798 My GitHub: github.com/b5050d/CodeShare The Arduino Joystick Library that I used: github.com/MHeironimus/ArduinoJoystickLibrary My Instagram: instagr...
Hi, I built everything exactly as in the tutorial, only after uploading the program, the arduino receives a signal that fluctuates terribly, and in addition, the controller configuration only has a range from 0 to 81%. What could be wrong, can you help me?
sorry for the possibly dumb question on an old vid mate but where do i throw that code into on your github? tyring to make my Arduino usb handbrake work with MSC
Best tutorial so far thank you so much!
Will it work with adruino nano
It makes a lot of noise from the interlocking spring parts and grease does not solve this problem.
Hello, please do guide how to replacement potentiometers to hall sensors
So could you use a similar design for peddles?
Please how to instalasion software?
I hope you make a ffb wheel using a hoverboard wheel
Next part?
Hey I absolutely love your videos and your approach towards them! Hope you try and make a wheel as well
nice Build, do you have plans on building a dyi steering wheel?
Awesome design! But why don’t you use the potentiometers like potentiometers?
Were new video about msc challenge?
dose this use a USB cable to plug in? and if so dose it work on ps5?
For the steering wheel you could use a planetary gearbox
Great design. Simple, budget friendly and easy to make. Awesome!
Thx for the nice tutorial and 3D Printer Parts! I rebuild them and am really pleased with the results! Perfect work!

hotpink ebrake goes hard
Ur so dedicated lol
Man, this series has been insane to me. I love doing smaller engineering projects, but this one has been HUGE. Amazing job, and I don't think there's anyone else who really documented this process or tried to do an entire rig to this scale.
Super interesting BD!
Super cool man! Great work!
IMO your "tutorials" and designs are good enough for me to recreate for my uses. It is hard to find a useful 3d printed handbreak that is not made by non-english channel. Thank you !!!
I love your pedals! They are EPIC! This on the other hand it's very strange 😂haha. Buuuuy i think it could be modified to act as a "column shifter" like older cars have. Just an idea some people would love. Keep designing! I cant wait for your take on secuencial shifter and handbrake 👏🤩
I just saw you did a handbrake! Now going to watch that hehe
cool project bro..!
Love your build man! For the wheel make a direct drive. will be simpler because you don't need to use shafts, gears/pulleys and the feedback it's better
Keep it up buddy. Cool project.
nice. what do you think about a load cell brake pedal ?
This is really amazing, i might make the handbreak myself! a sequential shifter would be really cool!
The pink handbrake looks perfectly fine. It's different from other handbrakes too.
I'm really enjoying the series. My steering wheel was made using a hoverboard motor and it's really cool.
Pully is better option, an analogue in that sense of belt (gt ones) or gears. 2nd one looks great. Why didn't you use map function? ❤+1
Hey Just wanted to say HUGE thank you! This is honestly awesome, and even better that you are keeping this public and Opensource. Thank you so much!! I've watched your 3 videos in this series and it's super clear what you are doing. So thanks for that. I've been looking into DIYing my own simracing set up because I can't be bothered to pay a lot of money for something that will eventually break or stop working, so open source was my preference as it can be maintained and improved overtime by us users. Thank you again!
where did you buy springs? im looking for similar for my pedals project
Unfortunately they were extracted from an old set of logitech pedals, I am not sure where to buy them. I am also unsure of the lbs/in per spring, but they are roughly 20mm in OD and 60mm fully extended give or take a mm depending on brake/clutch/acc
Ay man check hoverboard motor dd
Excited for the next part
To be honest, racing doesn't interest me, BUT you get a like on YT and TH for the effort alone. If i could, you would get one more for good work. GREAT👍
Hell yeah BD
