Aprub 👍🏼 I’m sharing my recipe below too ⤵️ Ingredients: 1. 1/4 kilo pasta cooked based on package instructions 2. mixed seafood cleaned (shrimp, mussels, squid, and crab sticks) 3. 1/2 cup full cream milk or all purpose cream 4. 3/4 cup crab fat taba ng talangka 5. 1/4 cup cooking rice wine (mirin) 6. 1 medium onion diced 7. 1 tablespoon garlic minced 8. Chili flakes and oil 9. Salt and pepper to taste Procedure: 1. Gisa bawang sibuyas 2. Lagay mirin, lutuin for 1 min. 3. Add milk/cream, lutuin for 2 mins. 4. Add aligue, lutuin for 2 mins. Add salt and pepper. 5. Add chili oil and flakes. 6. Add seafood mix, cook for 3 mins. 7. Ihalo ang pasta. Add salt and pepper again to taste. 8. Transfer to plate. Gandahan ang plating. Lagyan ng lemon sa gilid. Garnish with green onions. Budburan ng chili flakes uli. Pasensya na at mahaba. Ayun lang, enjoy! 🫶🏻
