A short video of a stairway and bedroom remodel that was completed. The old carpeted stairs were very steep, at almost 8-1/2" tall risers and smaller treads, just 10", as measured on the carpet. The stairs were redone to a more comfortable 7" riser and an 11-1/2" tread, leading to the kitchen instead of the front door.

I this short video JF Custom, LLC added an overhang to one side of the house to help with rain and snow and the heat of the sun. The basement was also finished off and ready for the final treatment of the homeowner. Link to JF Custom, LLC website: www.jfcustomllc.com/

The final video in the Center Street remodel series! Some details of this series: contrary to what it may appear, this remodel did have a very tight budget. The homeowner was in constant contact, discussing and going over the needs vs. wants, and exploring new methods to create this one of a kind remodel! In this video we are showing the process that took place while installing the roofing on this Center Street Remodel! This was done in some of the coldest weather…lol. Why? We had the lift rented for a set period of time to fit into the budget allotted, so we had to get this roof done ASAP!
