I turned an old Buffet table into a tortoise enclosure for my wife's Russian tortoise Percy. All paints used are safe for pets after the full curing process.

I wanted to post a video of the DIY Spaceship Mission Control Center I build to donate to my son's daycare. I did a lot of research and it took me a few weeks of soldering and drilling. I'm happy the way it came out and hope you find some inspiration from my idea! Music www.bensound.com Music: www.purple-planet.com

RAREST RC CAR OF THE 90's KENNER XRC TIRESTORM!!!
Переглядів 13 тис.9 років тому
I picked up some rare Kenner XRC Tirestorm rc cars on ebay. Reliving my childhood figured i'd share. Super hard to find these. They only made them for one year (1995)
Seriously am I the only one who remembers it could ride a wheelie ? I remember you had to go under it and pull the stand out then place it in the ground . Then press both buttons backwards then forward and it would ride a wheelie 😎 the fake exhaust pipes would drag the ground it was awesome
The best for the base of those is you use foam hard foam
Where’s the new videos? The RauerTech community is clamoring for new content!
Best Christmas gift I had bruh
The possibilities are endless 😮
I had the Ricochet. Amazing
Boss!!
Mam ive been looking for this for to long! Miss this toy so bad
I still have mine, this and the mutator was my favorites.
Nice had one 😮😢 miss it very much !
I had one and I could never figure out the wheelie
Y'all remember the kick stand burnout 😂😂😂😂😂😂
My favorite Christmas gift for life 😂😂😂😂😂
Same here dude 😂
What kind of controller does it need? is it possible to get a universal remote?
I really like this idea. How well did it hold up to wear and tear as I see this video is several years old?
This is absolutely beautiful. Even down to securing the pointy ends of the chicken wire so the turtle wouldn’t cut its feet.❤
I have one of those!!
Good job sir
I had 2 black ones when I was a kiddo, these were my favorite RC cars, no clue what happened to them. I remember them going faster than any other RC in the neighborhood. we used to have a slot car race track right around the corner from where I grew up..ah... the 90s were pretty fkn awesome. technology killed it tho..
looks awesome
These things were easily the fastest rc cars out of the box for kids at the time!!!!!
I can’t thank you enough for posting this video. I was there. I had one. Absolutely one of the coolest R/C Cars ever and I had one as a kid. Didn’t know they were enigmatically rare.
Dude same here! I’m 37 remembering this r/c was the best for me. This bad boy drive thru anything! Concrete, grass, water, snow, ice, fire. Yes FIRE!!! The commercial convinced me to tell my parent’s, got it for a Xmas present. Those were the days 😢
Xrc was the shit in the 90’s the ricochet in the tire storm was deep competition with Tyco. This or not
Wish ii still had mine
I had the black one. I wish I still had it
🥲 i have this toy when i was kid
If there's any chance you see this, would you be able to explain in a little more detail how to properly set up the light fixtures? I want to do this for my snakes, but I'm most worried about making sure the fixtures are safe and reliable.
For a snake, you would need a heat lamp cage around the heating bulbs. The cage will keep the snakes from touching the light bulbs directly and burning themselves, so it's very important. You would also want the whole fixture + cage flush with the top so that the snakes can't get stuck between trying to get on top of it or anything. And the middle UVB light depends on the type of snake/the owner's preference based off of your own research. Hope this helped! :)
@@shirleystrauch1041 thank you so much
Funny thing is that he 5 years old now but he still hates the door stopper to this day lol! Also I
Awesome build 🫡
Where’s the new content bro 😂
I wanted this thing so damn bad as a kid. Shame I could never find one around X-mas or my birthday.
For it for Xmas one year! I was the coolest kid around 😎
Super cool!
Is not worth!
Not all tortoise's gets to live in luxury! I know I'm late to the party, but I hope Percy loved his new home.
Sick, love it!
Nice!
I remember having this model as a kid I wish I would have had the knowledge to keep it .. brings back memories
I had the red one and I too had been trying to find out what it was called. I’m pretty sure the car itself is still at my parents’ house. This one was cool and felt more advanced because it had two forward-backward buttons instead of a f/b side to side like most. I like that you could put forward on one and down on the other and make it spin.
This is the tire storm xrc I have the red one back in 94 I remember buying it from Big lots it was $30 can you believe that now they want up to 80 to $200 which I can understand why because it's a rare item I also had the ricochet
I wonder how good it works if your watching "Mature 18+" shows.
may be a dumb question but what lighting base did you use for your basking bulbs
Hi there, I know this is an older video but I’m upgrading my hutches for my hedgies. Just wondering what a good, fairly inexpensive brand of drill kit with both small and large size screw inserts would be? I’m looking all over amazing. I definitely want something cordless and not too big or heavy. Something for my animal enclosures but also for projects like building household furniture. I’m a pretty petite female, 96-100lbs. My bfs about 167 and can handle a larger drill easier than me. But some of the pieces sections of the hutch are pretty small and a large power drill would probably get in the way and also get a little heavy for me to handle. So just a small to medium sized, cordless drill kit, preferably rechargeable rather than battery operated, including small to large sizes of screwdriver inserts as well as drilling bits to drill through the wood of the hutch which has some fairly thin wood which I don’t want to break. Anything I can buy on Amazon that’s affordable would be great! Open to any and all suggestions!! Thanks! And I absolutely love how your enclosure came out. If I was more handy I would totally make a dresser hutch for my hedgies but I just typically buy from Amazon or Wayfair and put my stuff together even with the very limited sizes of screw drivers that we have haha Also any starter tool kit would be nice to have as well. I just got a hammer and a nail kit with nails of various sizes but any sort of starter tool kit with wrenches and other tools that I wouldn’t even be able to make would be very helpful! Thank you!!
I loved this thing growing up , I got it as a birthday gift at toys “r”us Dude this car had his own pillow next to me … I can never remember what happened to it it got lost somehow
From what Nick to Another, Great Job dude. I'm working on 2 OEM builds I'm pretty siked about. An HP Pro Desk G400 SFF I got for 125 (i7 6700, 16 GB, SSD) and a Lenovo m920s SFF I got for $200 (i5 8500, 16GB, NVMe). I've done 2 videos where I modded out an Optiplex 390 SFF, just like the one shown here, and a Lenny m93p, and I think I'm going to paint the HP board and see how it turns out. Def want to try it out on the HP first. Anyway, Great Job again man, keep making great content!!!!
I had the black one! Oh man I shoulda learned sooner to take care of my things 😭🤣
Freaking loved my tire storm!! And mutator
I loved that damn thing. What I fell for is when the commercial advertised it to go 200 miles an hour that was a crock. Lol
200mph *scale* speeds ahaha I remember falling for the same gimmick in those commercials!
Scale speed "past Brian"
I had one of these when I was a kid
My brother had a tirestorm. In the commerical there were two others. One was box looking, and the other had big wheels and could drive upsidedown. All 9.6v
i had quite a few RC thru the years and their is one out there in particular that i loved and want to buy it again if i can so my son and i can enjoy it together … i still can’t ID the model of truck it was awesome … Was black with blue windows and it had a special feature were it would it would raise up and the wheels would almost be inline, or too could drive it lower flattened out, was so cool dude… it also had a red button on the controller for a speed boost
my brother got this and i got the ricochet for xmas one year in the 90s lol
