@@noahwals Sounds good, let me get a few things organised then I'll sign up using your link. How will I receive all the work flows? Will they just load up automatically or do you have to set it up for me? Also how will I schedule our meeting? On the meeting I think I will just need you to show me around the set up and what I need to personalise. The learning phase is absolutely normal on a rather fresh ad account. Limited learning is not very good. Did you create a whole new campaign or only the ads? Creating a whole new campaign can resolve the issue. If that still doesn't work, you will have to keep testing. There are a lot of factors that could play into a campaign underperforming so I can't really give you specific advise without looking into your ad campaign. But keep running 4 ads on a $30 a day budget and test 1 variable at a time. Also don't try to get too crazy with targeting. Just do broad and one ad set with a few interests. If you keep doing that for long enough, you'll eventually find something that works. And the more data your ad account gets, the better the algorithm works. So at one point, you won't have a learning phase at all because you got enough data in the account. I know it's easier said than done but be patient and keep testing (the right way)

$30 is a good CPL but it depends on the quality. When the lead quality is very low and you don't get appointments, even a $10 CPL won't get you anywhere. If your lead quality is decent, $30 is a good CPL. And on a $30 daily budget you should only run 1 campaign and dedicate $30 to it. Within the campaign, create 2 ad sets (one broad, one detailed) and in each ad set you can have around 2 different ads. So you can test 4-6 ads in total. And only test one variable at a time, so when you test creatives, then use the same copy for all ads. When you test copy, use the same creatives with different copy.

@@RyanSimmons-zb6db There are multiple ways 1. Ask more questions in your lead form 2. Use a landing page instead of a lead form 3. Instead of simple image ads, hire an actor and make a video ad that attracts higher quality customers 4. Improve your backend system. Maybe your lead quality is not that bad but you don't call your leads within the first 5 minutes, you don't follow up with them, you have no nurturing sequences in place or you/your clients sales skills aren't good. Can be many factors but if you start using a landing page or add more questions to your lead form, your CPL will rise. If your leads are really bad and it's not your backend system, $30 CPL is not very good.

Average is probably 1.5%. 2% is a good CTR so I would aim for that and 2-5% is considered a very good CTR.

That's a whole different game, as it's not lead generation. First of all you gotta install a Facebook pixel on your website so you can track the metrics. Then you will look at outbound clicks and page page visits to see if your ads work. The next thing you would have to analyze is how the website itself converts. So you look at how many people engaged with different parts of the website and especially how many people added the product to their cart and eventually purchased the product. I would recommend to search for videos around facebook ads in ecommerce, because my facebook ads videos are mostly about lead generation. Do you have your own clothing brand?

More coming soon! There used to be a setting where you could select if you wanna target only people who live in the area or also people who have recently been in the area. I somehow can't find that setting anymore. If you find it, just select "People who live in this area" I think the problem is that you get people who don't live there but recently were in that area. So maybe try targeting the area with your creative and copy. For example "New York homeowners" or what ever county you're targeting.

I would still do it from day 1. Even if your clients call the leads directly, those nurturing emails will also help to make the lead book a consultation in the first place. And sometimes your client won't reach the leads immediately

I would have to see the ads, the copy and the form to really see what's going on. But at the beginning it's all about testing different variables. So you need to to come up with a plan for the next few weeks where you test creatives, copy, form and targeting. But not all at once. And if you can, I would try to target a bigger area with an audience of 5 million atleast. And maybe leave out spanish speaking and do two english ad sets instead. One ad set broad and one detailed. But it's all about testing and the more data you get, the better your ads will work so keep it up!

@@noahwals Should I create a new campaign and start running that campaign, stopping the ongoing one? Talking about audience size, I can't expand the audience because we only cover those two counties. Also, as you said, I should leave out the Spanish ads and target two ad sets in English. If I make one ad set with detailed targeting, it will further shrink the audience size. Can you suggest a good plan for next week? I would really appreciate it.

@@RyanSimmons-zb6db yeah as I said, I would have to see the creatives and copy but I‘d recommend you create a new campaign with 2 and sets, 1 broad and 1 detailed. And make sure to do advantage campaign budget instead of setting the budget up at ad set level

I don't think it's that big of a deal, your ads probably won't perform super bad if you do this. I personally used "your" in my copy and it worked well. But yeah, you can try to avoid it, use something like "Homeowners can save..." instead of "You can save...".

I'd do 2 ad sets, one spanish speaking and one english. And then I would come up with 2 creatives (images or videos) and do a spanish and a english version of both. So that you have a spanish ad set with 2 spanish ads and an english ad set with the same 2 ads but in english. Hope that helps brotha

You should ideally start of with $30 a day, but $20 minimum. At this budget, I would recommend to keep it simple and use 2 ad sets with 2 creatives. So you do 1 ad set broad and one ad set with detailed targeting and you test 2 different ads against each other. 2 ads inside each ad set, so 4 in total. Hope that helps

@@noahwals Hi Brother, I recently started my campaign and I want to check if the form I used from Facebook is working. When I went to the ads library and clicked on the 'Learn More' button, it didn't take me to the lead form questions. Is there any way to check if my lead form is working?

@@theadityaeffect your lead form is 100% working if you set it up on Facebook. The reason why you can’t see it in the ads library is because you can’t see lead forms in there, only when you use a website. You can only see your lead form within the ad set when you edit it
