So cool Brother!!!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Judy was my Aunt, Wiley my uncle RIP, WILEY, JUDY, AND MELISSA LOVE YOU FORVER😢
The stupid broads on people's shoulders always pissed me off. People didn't pay for their ticket to look at your backside the whole concert.
Top of his game here. I've seen him MANY times in the 80s forward. Only one big disappointment when he was drunk one time and played only like 35 minutes. I was a teen and had front row seats. I saved money to buy those tickets and was pretty pissed. Otherwise, always loved his shows.
I’m only 34 and I’m a big fan of
Thank you very much 🫵
I miss the Red Pig back in the 70s... Wiley and crew brought down the house... RIP Wiley and Judy.
RIP Gary Richrath❤
remember this tune well
Pretty cool! I remember that show!!!
I used to listen to Wiley and the boys play at the Red Pig BBQ in Johnson City. Great musicians...
I remember them as a bar band. A station wagon and a trailer. You could just tell. It's pretty well decomposed but I have a napkin from the Circle Lounge Kevin signed. They were all nice guys.
I was there for this concert ❤
Bruce Hall dominated this interview. Shame on him :).
I was there!!! 😊
Hells yeah! Guy gots pipes yo!!
Kevin!!! ❤
man.... They were on FIRE that tour
My first Aerosmith concert
Love this! Great interview. Kevin is such a sweet, sincere guy. Have always loved REO Speedwagon!
Awesome 😎 I saw then in May 1987 in my hometown, Johnstown PA ! Great concert just like this one here. Thanks for posting😎
I was there also. Great times and great memories!!
Find myself on here reliving the Rockin days. I remember the one time I had control of the sound board, and the Bass went up several notches. Got called out twice but it sounded great!!
I was there too. My first concert.
I was there for this, and the concert. One of the greatest concerts back in the day🙌🏻🙌🏻❤️❤️
is that Geraldo?
Thanks for sharing... Wow that was a long time ago. I saw them in Rochester NY on that tour. I met Gary earlier in the day out on the street. I met him 3 times from 87 to 92. He was great. Nicest person and the best guitar player I have ever heard or seen live. He's the reason I write and play guitar. 👍🏻
There’s a lot missing from that night ☹️😞 do you have some other video? Can’t fight this feeling and keep on loving you among some others are missing 🥲😞
That's all of the concert video, that I have.
@@terryfaust4048 thanks Terry 😀
Wow thanks so much for sharing this concert 🙏😀
Pine Street BABY!!
..is it Pine Street..? I was trying figure out if was the Tree Streets or up on the hill behind the VA?
Is that in Arizona. Looks like a place I played. The load in door was right behind the drummer. No ac the low ceiling. It was hot hot hotter than hell. Nice job on this cover btw
No, That was A small club in Kingsport Tn. ,low ceiling, and power issues tho. Lol
@@terryfaust4048 koolness brother. I was in a band called Filthy Rich back in the 80’s and a band called Mr.Sinister in the 90’s. Guess that’s why this got cued lol. I subscribed and liked. Rock on dood!
@@maxwatts7788 I just wanted to say Hell yeah! Glad to see you still rockin .... This is Gwen , used to be with Kenny when you guys all called yourselves FILTHY RICH
@@gwenmathews6332 OMG I was just talking to Lisa a few days ago and we were wondering where you were!! How cool
@@maxwatts7788 I live in Austin TX area out by Lake Travis
Wiley Cox and company had a really great little band in the 1970's. His life ended way too soon in a car accident. If the multi track tapes of this album still exist, it would be great to remix it in a modern facility. The reverb makes it sound dated and some of the instruments are lost in the mix. If dry tracks exist, this could be really cleaned up. If you listen through the album, you realize the great talent that is here.
And they were there again tonight - 02/21/22!
Hate I missed that, truthfully, that is the first that I have heard about it. Definitely didn't know.
OMG 😱 I just wish I’d been there. I’d been to two concerts: that one in 1987 and then in Caracas in early 90s. It was just amazing 🤩
Bruce joined the band when the original bass player quit. He walked into a great gig in 1977
No sound for the first part of interview
I have never EVER seen them perform "One Too Many Girlfriends" live! Thank you so much for posting this!
Where did you get the raw footage of Freedom Hall Civic Center?
I was there…a little middle schooler walkin’ home from school…
Ol Hank finger tappin like EVH
Thanks for sharing. I haven't heard this album in years. I cut my teeth on this in the mid 70s. Wayne was a teacher of mine in high school. We didn't see eye to eye on may things but he certainly was an idol in my music world. Loved listening to these guys!
The man
I was at the video shoot unfortunately not the concert. Was a hell of a good time but a drawn out process. One of my HS classmates hooked me up with a ticket and she made an appearance coming out of a house on a tree st. Thanks Danielle Tilley wherever in the world you may be now .
Would love to have been there for this
Man I wish more 80s Hank shows were resurface, there was nothing like them.
Before the baby boomers precious little brats started social media and a man had a backbone, now u got sleepy Joe at the wheel
Literally what does that have to do with an 80s Hank Jr concert, what are you even talking about.
Even though the show is incomplete, I would still like to get a first hand copy. Would you be interested in selling or trading?
Wiley Cox gave me a copy of this in 1979 when I briefly worked with him at WKPT. I liked it so much I still have it, I copied it to cassette and the LP is in good shape. If the multitrack of this still exist, it would be great to remix it in a modern studio, especially if a dry track of the vocals exist. The inexpensive reverb really hurts this recording on the vocals. This album shines as it is, but with a little work it would clean up nicely.
Great work ethic. Damn that poem mustache!
Cool to be there and on the tree streets too
Freedom Hall memories..
Man I have all kinds of memories there in the 80's/early 90's. It was some of the best times of my life. LOVED LIVE MUSIC! It's just not the same anymore
Saw the Eagles 🦅 there with my Dad
