They are not 1050rms. You should have known better - have you seen the magnets on a sub that can handle 1000 watts rms? I run 2 of these in my living room with 300 watts each at 2 OHMS. They are loud enough to hurt your ears after a while and I can tell they arn't taxxed at 300 watts.
