To clarify what happened at the end there, they thought that Jaws hit the 8 ball with his stick as he was lifting up his cue. This normally wouldn't be a foul since it was cue ball foul only on accidental touch , but the cue ball then came around and hit the 8 which would make it a path foul meaning that touching the ball changed the path it would have ended up. All of those scenarios were moot however since the cue ball slighted touched the 8, causing it to move, and not his cue stick.
