Exploring Universal City Walk Orlando Florida [4K] 🇺🇸
Universal CityWalk is an entertainment and retail district located adjacent to the theme parks of Universal Destinations & Experiences. It began as an expansion of Universal's first park, Universal Studios Hollywood, and now serves as an entrance plaza from the parking lots to the theme parks. CityWalk can also be found at Universal Orlando Resort in Florida, Universal Studios Japan in Osaka, Japan, and Universal Beijing Resort in Beijing, China.
Universal CityWalk in Orlando opened in February 1999 as one component of the expansion that transformed Universal Studios Florida into Universal Orlando Resort. The Universal CityWalk Osaka opened to the public on March 31, 2001, as part of the Universal Studios Japan. The Universal CityWalk Beijing opened to the public on September 2, 2021, as part of the Universal Beijing Resort's first phase with no entrance fee.
CityWalk is known for its diverse range of dining options, including Antojito’s Cocina Mexicana, Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, and The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen, among many others. It also features a variety of retail stores, such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Hart & Huntington Orlando Tattoo Shop, and the Universal Studios Store.
Entertainment options at CityWalk include the Rising Star karaoke bar, where guests can sing with a live band and backup singers, and the Hollywood Drive-In Golf, which offers two mini-golf courses themed to classic sci-fi and horror flicks of the 1950s. CityWalk is also home to the NBC Sports Grill & Brew, which has high-definition TVs, rotating draft beers, and a menu full of dippable appetizers.
For those looking to catch a movie, CityWalk has a 20 screen movie theater and a Cinemark XD auditorium, which features a wall-to-wall screen, custom engineered surround sound system, and a state of the art projector capable of displaying 35 trillion colors.
Parking at Universal CityWalk varies by location and time of day. In Orlando, regular parking is $27.00 per day, with options for RV/Bus parking, prime parking, and valet services at different price points. In Hollywood, parking after 5 p.m. is just $10, and there's a $5 cinema parking option for those catching a movie.

Serious question…is this the normal ratio of young to elderly cruisers? My wife was watching with me and asked if this was a special geriatric cruise. I was already thinking the same thing.
This was a transatlantic cruise so I think the people were a little bit older than what you would find on a normal sailing. The people on Royal Caribbean are younger usually but also more children if that makes sense

Looks pretty packed - I always heard transatlantic cruises were always much lighter in attendance. Still, maybe not the full 6500 passengers, but 4000 perhaps?
I thought the same thing but not this one. We had almost 5000 passengers.

It’s a lovely ancient old town, I love it. Have been on several cruise stops there it never disappoints. Hot, sunny, lovely people and great food whats not to like. Enjoy.
