I don’t own this album but I listened to it on Spotify.I agree with you on The Last Farewll.Loved the album although it is a bit downbeat.I shall pick it up most likely on cd if see it around.I can see myself listening to it Sunday morning in my man cave with a coffee.Very pleasant.

All of the original UK sleeves had the “bigger” misprint. Not the first time RCA got a song title wrong!

There is also a black vinyl MOV version of the album to look out for.

Hello Mark. The misprint version of this album is listed separately on Discogs from the regular UK original. The notes read: "Variations: Different numbers on runout and 'Recorded Live' on front sleeve (single colour font)". No mention of the misprint! Pity you couldn't do the live stream on Saturday, I was looking forward to joining in! Hopefully you can do one very soon. And I am also delighted to hear that your mum and step dad are doing well.

Hi Mark your original copy of elvis from boulevard is a miss print which is rare as they were corrected later on yours is a first issue because it has recorded live on the sleeve where latter copies don't have recorded live on them I have both copies one from 1976 and one from 1979 with recorded live on it sometimes with records the covers are printed first I have also an original gold records vol 4 miss print never ending which should have been love letters I don't think there worth a lot but good to have in your collection

Hi Mark the golden records album are the first and second pressings there is a third which is on the Rca Victor label with the Rca circle in the middle and also a forth and Rca red seal with a black dot and also there is an 1968 pressing with a single sleeve only which I bought over the years good luck with your live stream

Never knew that Elvis's Golden records had a booklet in it. The only copy i have is a mid 70's issue from here in America. Will try my best to make the live feed should be lots of fun.

That second copy appears to be the 1962 UK issue. Some of the different images post date the original issue, that is the first giveaway. I look forward to your live stream on Saturday, Mark. Don't be nervous, it will be good fun!

Two excellent purchases there, Mark. And very affordable too! I was wondering, since you have several records now in both mono and stereo formats, do you noticw any real differences in their sound? And which do you prefer? Just wondering as someone with very little Elvis mono!

On the first print run of King Creole there is a spelling mistake, instead of naming Elvis's role as Danny Fisher he is mistankenly Danny Finnell, this mistake was corected on all future prints of the LP & from what I can see of the back cover this inculdes your copy.

Hi , the Fun in Acapulco is a ”Frankenstein” , UK cover and USA record but still nice

Hi the fun in acapoulco album you have is an American first issue in a British sleeve but nevertheless it's a great album to have in your collection I especially like the nipper the dog on the label and the inner sleeve is American to a really good find

Out of all the Elvis boxsets i have i don't have this one. Really need to get a copy before the price goes to high, thankyou for sharing it. And you are so right I've been buying Elvis music since 1972 and still I'm learning more about Elvis music watching great Elvis channels like yours again thankyou .

The Sun Collection is a 1975 promo, you will see CAMPIONE NON COMMERCIABILE - sample not for sale. I have 13 different pressings of the album so far. RCA blew this release, it should have been huge.
