wood processor on budget
Переглядів 2745 місяців тому
using a wagon running gear two 16ft 6x10 pine beams. built a wooden table at the front of the wagon with a stop board with slit ever 16 inches. I bet with three people I can cut, split, and pile on pallets faster than a 15,000 dollar wood processor. I never have to bend over to pick any off the ground. limited to larger logs bigger than 16 inches in diameter.

1135 rattle at idle to 1400rpm. Tell me what you think it is.
Yes,you can get a pretty good finnish,if the grass is not to long.
Have one of those 450 and had lots bugs when I bought it new but now I have got most of then worked out
Why make a video if you don’t know how to do it. How are we supposed to learn anything from this video.
Hello, which tractor is it, does it have enough power, is it difficult to work?
On 2020 john deere with loader 35hp plentiful power.
Good training. Thanks
invest in a chain sharpener.
Why?
This video is horse shit... doesnt have a clue 😂.. thats why not showing anything .. just trying get views! Smfh.
We used to crimp after we mowed it with our new Holland 479 and ted!
This video would be great if only we could see what the fuck he was talking about. Next time maybe he can look at the screen so he knows when he’s pointing his camera at fucking nothing talking about a green switch
😂😂
Not a Bearing.. its a U JOINT.. PUT THE DAMN FITTING ON. That fitting has a ball valve so grese doesn't come out.. That U JOINT IS SUPER STRENGTH , By not putting the fitting in the middle it makes the Ujoint harder. They also make a sealed UJOINT without any fitting at all. Also you have to use a needle nose adapter to put grease in that fitting .. 👍
Ours went last night , rattling like hell , instantly thought lots of money , had a good look and saw like filings, watched your video first and set to dismantling it thanks to your help , parts ordered , time for a beer , cheers
Do you think you could check that screen without draining all the fluid
I have heard people putting a vacuum on a hydraulic fluid chamber to do filter change, but I don't think it works on the screen.
Could I ask you a question about the alert stern the bale is full?
Sure
How do you prime the pump I replaced the ump and put hydro fluid in in reservoir. I have nothing happening in the system
Put fluid in tank above the pump by radiator.
How did you get the hex bolt plug out. Mine just spins around
It is a stainless steel mesh material that is rolled up inside the canister. If you look closely the bottom grid piece is held in place by some small spot welds around the outer rim. Carefully drill these out and remove it. You can then remove the mesh material. Unroll it and clean it. Also clean the canister. I used a power washer with detergent. Let everything dry then re roll it and insert it back in the canister. Insert and re weld the bottom piece and your done. Mine wasn't quite as bad as yours but had never been cleaned. You can also find a dry filter type from a later model tractor and convert. Good luck...
Hey guys, if you rotate your steering wheel until the top part is facing left, you can semi get the screw driver in there at a good enough angle to get that bottom screw
Good see you from México
Could be able density. If I run on my smaller ho (85hp) Kubota I can't make heavy density bales. As it takes too much power from the tractor to turn the bale whole wrapping and continue to turn bale while opening. But on a larger hp 110hp I can make them as tight as I want. That's adjustable via the lever on left side front that is green yellow red red being tightest. I also had to adjust the cable that runs because from the factory it was set too tight. It actually made too big of a bale and put enough pressure on the locks it wouldn't even unlock the door.
Next will probably be you changing your hydraulic pump . That metal came from somewhere .
It can be brake material also.
Could be brake pads, of the clutch pads since it’s a power shift. I’ve had this happen on a 4450 quad range and a 4640 power shift.
Sir, please make a little bit better videos than this in the future. Thank you :)
I think quality OEM equivalent sealed are best. Serviceable ones MUST be greased no more than 3k miles and the seals aren't as good as sealed.
Did you have to ajust the adjuster bolt or did it.come pre adjusted
I did put another tractor on baler. It opened up just fine. The baler can bale wet hay and short hay just as good as the more expensive balers. Never did figure out the twine tying that is junk design. Wrap works excellent. 500 bales this year no other problems. I did get the 1135 Massey Ferguson checked out for hydraulic pressure. 1400psi. Had front pump rebuilt. Now at 2200psi. Working much better.
Were you having hydraulic issues or why did you need or want to pull the screen?
Did you figure out the problem with the baler and do you like the baler
I did on the opening part. My tractor was only putting out 1400psi on rear hydraulic scv. Had front pump rebuilt now at 2200psi.
Thank you
Did you remove the steering wheel? If not how’d you get that torx bolt near the shaft out
i take mine off with out unbolting all that other stuff
Lube Narrow needle dispenser
That’s just what I have been looking for my 1975 c65.
Thank you Andy! Never knew about that screen. Put in new lower shaft seals and new oil w/filter this past fall on 4320. 4020 also. These old tractors will run forever if taken care of. The new eqt. is junk to start with.
So you didn't have to remove the Steering wheel?
Thank you!
I put moog joints in my front axle shafts, but the clips were the wrong size, too big in diameter. Fortunately I had two more for another job and I rob Lowe’s, but I contacted Moog and had gotten no response, I think I’ll stick to Spicer
i have to do this on my 410, is rebuilding an otion or should i just buy new?
Just buy new.
Or rebuilt one they probably want your old one.
Were is this screen on a 5310 series
I would go to jd parts website see if you can find your tractor. Search for screens see what comes up.
if your hydraulic fluid gets water in it, the fluid can develop an algea problem and coat the screen with a gelatinous goo that can starve your pump and you may loose some or all of your lift and even steering problems may develop. Run your fluid through a few times plug it and pull the plug 3 or 4 times to flush algea or particules out then put a fresh filter on and run it with a mower on it to get it warm and flush the system and another new filter and new fluid. i regained all smooth lifting on 3 point and super smooth steering .
Where can i get screens for a snowco cleaner
I would watch for auctions. Or make them.
I have the same problem, I can't find a puller that will fit to save my life lol
What do you need a puller for?
@@andylonsdorf1294 those bearings and carriers you used a slide hammer on, I ended up getting them a few minutes ago with some homemade tools haha. I'm going ahead and replacing 4 bearings and 2 carriers that were worn. I lifted that thing out by hand boy that was a heavy mother im not doing that again
@@storminnormanz O yah. I used forks on skid steer to lift that out. A long rod with slight bend would work also.
Okay so I have a 2011 Mini I've replaced the main seal 3 times it's still leaking,do ya have any ideas on why it's still leaking,if so please share Thank ya
Try using some good quality gasket sealer. Their might be a slight uneven part of the surface allowing oil to get out under pressure.

What type of bulbs does it take
Hi I just wondering what part number is
Just today had ours done at MINI Main Dealers.£570.. Luckily had a mini backed warranty. Also window mechanism replaced. total cost £931.00 Even though it’s a Mini it’s not cheap to repair.
Thanks
What are you making?
So what valve was bad 1 or both 1 an 3
I believe both. There not very expensive to just replace or rebuild them. But a good annual cleaning would keep it running when you need it. Normally it quits when its colder then normal. O and get the newer solenoid for up and down. That's the one near your battery with big wire on it. My plow guy in my area reconmend it.
