I just bought a DJI Avata 2 and I am trying out FPV flying.

Our internet was out for several days due to hurricane Milton. I ordered Stalink to see if it can replace our land-based internet. They graciously gave those affected by hurricanes here in Florida free service until the end of the year. Had to try it.

Bought a Proform Carbon T10 from Sam’s Club and used it three times. Got on the forth time and it would not move, then came alive again. Today, Dead again and I couldn’t get it working. Already called Sam’s to return it.

No audio?
This drone (or any of the drones I have had) does not do audio. I can’t imagine what the props and wind noise would sound like.
How long did it take you to get comfortable flying like this?
This was my third flight. I started with the drone is beginner mode and the motion controller with no goggles first to get the controlled set. Then I put on the goggles and flew very cautiously at first. Second flight I started with motion controller and when I was satisfied with how I could handle that, I put on the goggles. I was still in beginner mode and flew the same kind of patterns in the video. At the end of the second flight, I tried sport mode and it was faster than I thought. Third flight was sport mode only, which is this video.
@ awesome. So you think it would be fine to purchase without practicing on a simulator first? I’m just very nervous to spend a ton of money then break it. Thanks for the response
Have you flown drones before? If so, I would say go for it. If you want to practice with the motion controller, you still have to turn the goggles on, but you don’t have to use them. If you do buy, the goggles make it a way better experience.
@@DaRepWarrior get a whoop bro. something like the air75 or air65. they are sweet, loads of fun, easy to learn on and fix, very durable, and will set you up for a better fpv future if you wanna go bigger or further.
@@cpmorris never, but I bought a Contixo F28 from bestbuy today to get started. I plan to practice on this everyday then upgrade when I’m an expert on this.
I love my Starlink. Had mine going on 2 werks now. I've noticed pretty steady improvement in speeds as time has progressed. I did set mine up with an external router with Starlink in passthrough mode. Consistently getting even higher up and down speeds now. I'm so glad to be free of depending on wired or cellular signals for internet.
I ended up permanently installing it on the house. I also put the Starlink router in bridged mode so I can keep my existing network. About a month in and there are fluctuations in speed, but generally solid.
I actually had to use the reverse on public roads because it got stuck 😂

Will be interesting to see how this performs in europe with really tight and small parking spots. The weird cutting could be a problem here.

Right now, AutoPark can only back into a parking spot, it cannot drive in straight. Also, AutoPark does not support *diagonal* parking spaces, which are very common in USA and Canada.
