How can I get a hold of these people.....No email....they won't answer the phone. I just purchase a full system from them and the parts look awesome however, their customer service is absoltely non-existant...

Just purchased your 84T-99 50 amp stator three phase complete charging system. The directions say when installing the rotor do not let the magnets suck the rotor in and snap it into place or damage may occur to the magnets. Can you give me some idea how I am going to accomplish this..??? There is no way to hold the rotor with my fingers and have the magnets not pull it out of my hand causing it to snap into place....Any tip or trick I should know..???

This video is just hiding on the internet for so many years. I recently installed the 50 amp unit they are referring to in this video and I am very pleased with it. The magnets in the single phase H-D unit are so strong, they needed a special removal/install tool for it and threaded holes in the rotor. The later series rotor does not have threaded holes because it's unnecessary because the magnets are not as storing. I am confident that this 3 phase system from Cycle Electric will last longer than the single phase unit the bike came with. Thank you Cycle Electric.

All you need to have for a superior Harley charging system. Cycle Electric. Generator or alternator, the best.

Hello, I am installing a new Cycle Electric 12 volt generator with the built in electronic regulator on my ‘69FLH. Can you advise me how to wire this in? What happens to the extra wires that previously went to my old mechanical regulator. I am running a stock wiring harness and want to keep things neat. Thank you.

Hello, I had your DGV-5000 generator and electronic regulator installed on my bike at a local shop. I'm now having some problems with their install...their wiring was done very poorly. Could you please advise me of what wires are omitted (not used) when wiring your gen and reg from the original wiring harness. I am referring to the wires that had previously been wired to the old mechanical regulator. Do these wires just get terminated or are they combined and wired into the wires that go to the relay? Thank you.

This is the BEST charging system made. If your bike does not have one of these charging systems in it SPEND THE MONEY AND GET IT!!!

Though I miss the knuckles bottom end it still looks really sharp & puts out more HP than a stock sportster so it'll go well on the highway. S&S allways puts out great products

I done that 20 years ago so have many others. Jim lienweber . Ron trock etc and they work very good so your full of shit s&s can only copy we did it the hard way custom cam weld up lifter block bolt pattern to run knucklehead lifter blocks you do it easy way evol lifters& cam
