Thats crazy how calm it was where you were filming, i was in Lansing at the time (probably 5 miles north) and it was the craziest storm ive ever seen.
Use the other bracket with 6 holes in it on the cable bracket, then bolt it to what you have mounted already

i have a 2013 sedan and the second ground location on the body, it’s not there? it dosentvlike it’s missing either , super angry since i was excited to put this kit on just bought it from stillen
If your positive it’s not there on a 2013 I’d just find a chassis bolt near scrape the paint and put it there then seal it. Put dielectric grease under and over. Or combine it with another. Will still be an extra ground.

did you find success in cutting your own steering shroud? i just bought the paddles not knowing that the shroud needed to be replaced/fixed and i'm not sure if i should source a new one(if you have a link that would be great) or if i should modify my own
No luck on the cut out of the original shroud. I got the paddle shroud from Z1. Just be careful that you order the correct one. I ordered the same ones I had at first. In the site image they look the same. To be for sure just give them a call.
When I finished doning my ground kit I was on empty so I drove to the gas station to switch to e85 as I got on the freeway I tried to get on it and I got a P0605 code. My question is do you think it was the ground upgrade or my car didn't set the perimeter yet
I don't believe the G was E85 ready at least before 2014. Did you get a conversion kit to let the ECM know the methanol content and adjust the AF ratio and timing? Without it would throw a code.

Does ring terminals do I need copper as well or that doesn’t matter? I could just use 8 gauge and 4 gauge ring terminals?
Really any are okay copper would be best but make sure you treat them with some anti corrosion paint/ spray. Like battery terminal coating

Yes I did, when I first bought my g but if you go on g37forum they talked about it in there.

Ya grounding gremlins are the worst, even my manual trans are effected by it. Adding grounds from engine/trans to frame is always good
The issue I've watched videos regarding this is to see if it works. But you did not show any before / after so your opinion is not very helpful. My G37 already shifts quick in auto mode because of the ECU tune but the main issue is the manual upshifting delay. This is the reason for looking into this grounding hypothesis.

I did save a little opting out of the reach around.
Currently the Ideapad 3 with the Ryzen 5500U is $449. The 5700U of course has more cores but for 99% of people the 5500U is more then enough. And the GPU performance is only about 5% faster on this Acer 3 model coming in at over $600. The brighness on the Acer Swift 3 is around 250 nits fyi.
I look at both and ultimately went with this just because of the look lol. Honestly I think that IdeaPad is way better value
Buying one at this moment..but can't decide if if should get the same model u have or with Intel i7
They are so close on processor performance but the tipping point is the graphics. The Radeon with the AMD is far superior to the Intel integrated so I would go with the AMD. If you can swing it get the 16GB model.

Yes I would it is a good light GP/SOHO laptop. Deffinetly get the 16Gb. version if you do.

@@mostumpy did they brake from the flex joint or why where they bad.
@@devonyjuarez7561 bad seal at joints. Used two different gasket sets and high temp sealent would not stop leaking.

hello sir, can you help me choose between the 3? they all are priced the same @40,000 php in my country: Huawei matebook D15 specs: -Core i5 10th gen, 8gb RAM, 512 SSD, IPS display, 15.6", 300 nits brightness -I have a huawei matepad 11 and the huawei share would make file transfer easier (i'm using airdroid app to transfer files), also love this laptop's build with metal chassis, and overall design is good. Asus X515 specs: -Core i5 11th gen, MX 330, 8gb RAM, 256 SSD + 1TB HDD, 15.6", 250 nits brightness -The huge storage is attractive plus the i5 11th gen processor with mx 330. Acer Aspire 5 specs: -AMD ryzen 5 5500U, 16 gb RAM, 512 SSD -That 16gb RAM is attractive, given at this price range
If the matepad or asus can have the ram upgraded to 16 gig I would go with the asus first. If you need the commonality with apps get the Matepad. But if neither can have ram upgraded I would get the Acer. There is no substitute for more Ram.
Lenovo IdeaPad 3 or acer swift 3 , which would you recommend?
I would go with the Swift 3 over the Lenovo. At the same price point it has a larger HDD (512vs256). But I don’t think you will go will go wrong either way they are very close.

The torando was at EF4 strength when it passed thru Linwood KS. Apx 9 mi west.

I work for the Railroad which runs through Bonner I came through by train the next day and the trees were debarked near the river. The damage down there has been untouched it’s still unreal to see the destruction to the trees to this day.

It’s easy and does no harm (if correctly installed). The only other specific issues I’ve heard that it addresses besides trans lag in an AT is audio quality though. If your going to upgrade any electronics I would if not I’d probably pass on it.

Hey man, I have a 08 g37s coupe, silly question, but when you take the negative off the battery, is there a radio code you have to re enter afterwards?
Also, I don’t know if you’ve had any experience with it but recently while driving down the highway a few different times, my car basically shut off and the abs, vsa, slip and parking brake light all lit up while the car was off, 2 seconds later it cut back on once my car dropped down to around 60-65 mph and my car didn’t know what gear to be in so it was going crazy. It happened around 6 times on 3 different highway trips in the past 3 days.. I have no clue as to what is going on. I got an abs code of C1109 saying abnormal voltage on my reader. Is there a ground wire connecting with the abs module? Thank you
Not aware of radio code I did not need one but it was a 2012. If there is it should be on a card in the owners manual (based on my Acura). As for the stalling if you have not made any alterations yet have the battery and alt tested and make sure it cables are clean and tight. Only issue I ever had somewhat similar was from the leaking sun roof getting the pcm wet. Had it been raining recently?
@@mostumpy thanks man, reason I ask is because there’s no radio card or anything like I had in my Acura. I just recently purchased the G so wanted to make sure before I go checking everything. Got the battery, alt, and started tested and they all came back good. So I have no clue what else to check besides all my grounds but the code is related to the abs module and I can’t find much online about it.
@@samuelaiken2570 i don’t know if I would trust any codes if your having electrical issues they are probably symptomatic. And an abs fault would not stall your car. Keep digging check relays even look for rodent chew. Electronic issues are the worst to trouble shoot. Good luck
