Hi! No manual retouching! Only neural networks! Plugins work best on high quality sharp photos. Also, you may run plugins several times with different settings to get better results. Try Heal 2 or 3 times in full-length, half-length, and finally close up mode. Of course, you should use latest versions of plugins.

At this moment we have only OFX support, which means Final Cut, Sony Vegas and DaVinci Resolve. Maybe in future we will add support for Adobe Premiere & After Effects system plugins

Hi there! Are you still experiencing issues after contacting support? Usually they will provide a link to a tutorial video or instructions on how the plugin should work. We already have multiple videos on our channel about OFX plugins, cache usage and all that stuff. As for refunds, the user can fully test our products before purchase, demo versions are available on the website. After activation of plugins, revocation of license keys is not possible on technical basis.

I have to post an update after opening support ticket - first off - support is very good - amazing response so 5 stars on retouch support - There are several setting you must do to make this work - however - after making these adjustments to even get it to play back for editing, you must wait until the blue bar for all of the cache setting to get updated in the GPU's , this again takes a long time - same video - same 1 effect added and to complete the blue bar is about 35 minutes. Then you can play it back normal mode. Then the render for this exact video with "heal" added at 66.1 "sensitivity setting" - took 1 hour and 41 minutes - remember the dodge and burn run time was 5 hours, 9 minutes and 31 second - but before I made all the suggested support setting changes. Each project you will have to do these changes. Also - "heal at above 66.1% will fill in a persons belly button (really??? you can't recognize a belly button?) - Yep - it will fill in her belly button just past 66.1% on the over sensitivity. To add more heal - you will haver to edit these sections to exclude the belly button. If you want to discuss - see me at @Picturesque_imagery77 - I guess you need to weigh the pros and cons before purchasing.

Hi! Indeed, Resolve Studio do have an option to blur the skin. Like any other blur filter. CapCut have it too. Do you use it? Looks not really natural, right? Retouch4me plugins manipulate images in completely different way. Like editors do it manually, but with AI. There is no free, or even less expensive competitors on the market for this moment. Hello! Plugins settings are quite individual. We show the features to automate your work. A ready-made action with our settings may not suit you at all, so we recommend to record the actions by yourself to fully control the results.

Hi Ahmed! As you might see, the difference between reference and LUT for video is the number of adjustments. LUT has only opacity, but reference has luminance, color, smoothing and opacity. This means that if you need EXACT same colors, after applying the LUT you may need to make some manual color adjustments by yourself. Regarding Color Matching for Adobe Premiere Pro. We have it in plans, but no exact date for now.
