Yoo how'd you do Parsec for this? I know you can remote play your Xbox on PC but I'd imagine that'd lead to insane input lag, especially in combination with Parsec...

This is making me want to play 6. Last one I played was 4.

Okay interesting so what I got from this video is that in dead or alive people can rps your strings by doing high or low (hold) to take their turn. So by having different launchers with different frame data you can (frame trap?) their holds to make them think twice about it. Break hold in 6 is them saying “I don’t wanna deal with this” so you call it out by doing nothing or grabbing and they lose meter. Max stun on launch every string means quick launch is good but for midscreen you will generally push them very far away once the combo ends. Nice educational video for people who want to get in the series!

I am more prone to listen to knee as a guy who has been playing since 2. He has played every iteration, whereas Arslan just had his back dash/parry/whiff punish style nerfed. Tekken 7 was so boring competitively. They obviously need to pull it back and work out homing grabs. But these pros are killing the vibe. And your SFV analogy is apt. That game released in a worse state with even more hate and it turned out great. T8 should move slightly to the defensive side, but don’t nuke this game. Also, could you imagine Daigo complaining about SF6 the way some of these T8 pros are?
