@@srbuildz yeah man thanks, you need to take your time to paint them so the paint dry all good then when installing the dtm halo rings you need to tuck the wires properly and to make sure the halo's are straight both sides then you all good homie! To tell you the truth beleive it or not only problem i could think of was that my passenger fender liner is all broken from how low the car is in front... im searching for one right now!

I wish i started my mecanic knowledge at a early age so i could be far with a a1 grade skills and pay...i started too late and where i was doin basic maintenance when covid hit it closed down so i went back to trucking! I try my best to do stuff my self as much possible but its hard when you don't own a garage i gotta jack the car and laydown on a safe place outdoor or rent a lift somewhere wich is alwase a rush ...anywho thanks for the videos it helps giving ideas man!👍

Yes the Tial BOV is more of a quiet toned noise where as the hks is more of a loud pitch noise it’s all personal preference but i do enjoy the hks one over the tial bov

Honestly i left the vents like that when there was water i would just cover up the vents with some tape lol

Yeah it can be a real pain in the ass to get it on but once you do it won’t come out

Mine was a 07-08 cant remember but I’m sure you can add those controls they might work right away or you might have to have someone kinda activate them for you if i remember correctly

@@srbuildz yeah you had a hr ok. but you were able to put just the steering wheel controls only the right side and got them acvtivated? im saying like i dont need the harness controls with the stereo controls on the lft

@@RedheadZ23 the controls have the harness and all Zs should have the harness already there so you can add them and the plugs should be there already to just plug in

Honestly all intercoolers do the same thing it’s all really just personal preference i went with this one cause it was already black and i wanted it to blend in with the black accents of the bumper i never used a vrsf one but I’ve heard good things about them

@@srbuildz gotcha. Yeah I've read that these are really efficient when cooling but the stock connections didn't work for my single setup. I love my vrsf race. It stays 15 degrees above ambient while cruising and close to 5-10 degrees while doing pulls. I like the design of the CSF since it's not a traditional bar and plate.

​@@geo335sti have this intercooler. Even after installing 17t turbos, i have never gone into limp mode at 18psi. Although the bigger vrsf coolers have more cooling power, the csf cooler exceeds my needs. One of those needs is that the cooler is black

My alignment was off a bit but the alignment shop i went to was able to adjust mine correctly thankfully. Thank you bro really appreciate it it was some what of a pain but it had to be done so i can add more mods to the car 🙏

At first yes i put it back but after a while since i would be removing the exhaust for other mods i just left it off eventually

@@srbuildz ok thanks, because mine is pushing the exhaust into the guard which might be hitting the driveshaft

Sorry for the super late reply im assuming you’re tuned right? If you are you would have to take it back to your tuner so he can turn on that feature or sometimes in my case you are changing maps it just doesn’t show on the dash try switching maps and hit the gas to see if you are since you might have the popping map or flame map etc bro
