I still have the phone, and I decided to play some more of Meteos Mobile. Turns out there’s more than one planet you can get on this demo, but you’ll have to spend painful hours trying to get materials to unlock them. I have no idea how many planets can be unlocked on this demo, so I’ll just have to find out.

This video is a basic tutorial on how to patch two DLLs in Windows 10's System32 folder to bring back the Windows 8 Start Screen. This patch is pretty easy to do, even with someone who hasn't used IDA (the patching program used in this video) before. from what I know, this is the first & only footage of Meteos Mobile to ever grace the internet. i had to towel-trick it to get it working as it had a 0102, wish to find an HDMI one or just buy a component to HDMI. also, does anyone know what error 0022 means? some people say it's the NAND but the console in question was never modded & it worked the last time i booted it up. ktg5.online/

i'm not really sure when it comes to something like this, but you could possibly get around with (somehow) linking a VPN with your Xbox 360 to change your "location" to get the different region Xbox Store, or you could go with hacking the console (using RGH or JTAG) and changing the console's region from there.
I followed the same method but strangely the contents of the DLL on my PC do not seem to match, no reference found, and if I compare the contents at the same address as on your video I have a totally different result. Apparently the update of the 12th of this month changed the content of the DLL and after searching no reference was found, I even searched for the subroutine part that we see on your screen and there also missing or amended. - shell32.dll version: 10.0.19041.4529 modified: 12.06.2024 MD5: 5C4D50414163D9D1C9A485248EC019CB - twinui.dll version: 10.0.19041.4474 modified: 30.05.2024 MD5: 1DFC1BC1439F833F31B595085136D7D2

this effect doesn't really work the best under a green screen nor the thing I'm about to explain, but you can try to download my first video on this effect (can't post video links cuz youtube shadow-removes the comment) and set the video to "Screen" mode to get it somewhat working.

shit i forgot to add the chapters -- 8:00. you can uninstall the patch by swapping out the patched DLLs for Windows' regular DLLs (if you saved them). if you need help with the commands to use, I can send those over
i meeeeeean, respectfully - if one were to enable Win10's native "Full Screen start menu" & changed their wallpaper to match yours - what would be different?
before i say this; i'm a pretty big Windows 8 fan for no reason whatever. i think Windows 10's Full Screen Start Menu is okay? it gets the job done but just doesn't have that same feel as Windows 8. that's just my opinion. same key differences I think are: - Windows 10 only adds a transparent color than using the cool designs that Windows 8 had. - group titles are smaller - the all apps part just doesn't feel right on Windows 10. especially all the other buttons too just pushed into the bottom corner

how these phones work is that it needs a SIM card to actually be able to play around with it, but it doesn’t need to be activated, aka doesn’t need to be able to call.
another note; since this is a JP phone, you mainly want to look for those gray SoftBank cards, as those were mostly used that time period

After doing a little more research, the region-locking could also depend on the developers. So if you’re looking for a Japanese region game for your different region console, you just gotta hope the developers are nice and have it region unlocked.
