Drop Dead Gorgeous: A Long Lost Film Restored
Is that Red Dead Redemption 2?
Amongst other games that Peli has done videos on yes
This is the perfect crossover.
Excellent. I love Marvel. 😊
Love the song choice
This was so unnecessarily funny 😂 It honestly had cracking up through the whole thing. Perfect actor for that role too
Aww this is beautiful! Love Eight/Grace ❤ And Paul has a lovely voice, too

Hey. Omg! gorgeous ,goodnight!😈
I hope the dr returns to planet bedtime this was delightful
This is brilliant well done guys😂
Nice!!! I haven’t listened to much big finish but that made me want to lol! It looks like something you’d see on tv!
Heyyyy nice! Is this for a short film coming up?
Maybe, we'll see
hi, great short story! Loved the “mayyyybe” 🤣 bit
Heyyyy! Thanks for the opportunity to do this! I especially like the sound editing you did for the bot speech and the music playing in the background!
Soon as I heard the song I danced to it
Is it too late to hire NPH as Mr. Mxyzptlk for Superman and Lois Season 4?
Love a bit of Doctor Who x Gilbert and Sullivan
The way Kate gets slammed into the wall kills me for some reason 😂
Suprised it didn't kill her or knock her unconscious at least. Lol
Doctor: Toymaker, you killed two innocent men! Toymaker: they shot me with weapons that couldnt hurt me Doctor: "Well, thats alright then!"
Guys admit it if you got godlike reality warping power you would do exactly what the Toymaker does (maybe not as homicidal but you know), just goofing off and having fun despite knowing you could easily destroy the very nature of existence with a thought.
Toymakers dance vs masters dance which you like?😂
Toymaker is basically the original Q.
I just like this scene cause it shows how powerful the toymaker is. He literally waltzes into a heavily guarded military base, dances to the Spice Girls, kills two soldiers and just leaves. No one could even touch him, couldnt shoot him, he was completely free to do whatever he wants. I just think its a perfect example of what Doctor Who is, these incredibly powerful gods and super genius aliens who destroy galaxies for fun, prancing around to cheesy early 2000s music
The Toymaker kind of reminds me of a combination of Q from Star Trek and the clown from IT.
Given his thetre work, would NPH be eligible for Strictly next year? Based on what they did here, he and Jemma would be good!
It was brilliant.loved it
Great "American Beauty" shot at 1:30.
The Toymaker instantly transforming those two UNIT redshirts into a horrifically weird state of undeath (entombed inside play pit balls) was pure nightmare fuel. 😮
You gotta love UNIT's mentality. The guy has shown the ability to teleport - "detain him!" Our guns are shooting petals instead of bullets - keep shooting.
The Toymaker was the one good part of this episode and this was the best scene. Almost on a par with Voodoo Child and I Can't Decide.
1.07 is actually kind of terrifying, and it's in the middle of a campy dance routine. 10/10
I love how casually and flippantly he dances with the ladies and casts them aside when he's done. He literally treats them like playthings. Like *toys.*
The comical amount of times i watched this scene 😂
For the past 15 years, cinema and all of entertainment has been a hub for entertainment, especially in superhero movies which added jokes into their films. Recently, it has spread to other forms of media as well. Tbh, I'm kinda getting fatigued from the unseriousness that are in display from TV shows and movies alike as that is a trend going on for 15 years. It also breaks the seriousness of a situation and devalues what's at stake. Hopefully there are more episodes of hardcore doctor who and less jokes and devaluing content.
Toymaker was beaten way too easily
0:43 that is hilarious don’t mess with Kate
You can tell the Vast Majority of the Budget went into this ONE scene.
Boring....
The Vlinx was probably watching that like "wtf, just happened"
The dancing. The leg movement at 1.03, the longer version of “la la la, la la la”s, the longer version of “aahhhs” followed with the honking and Neil going down? I was jumping up and down my seat clapping to all of that because they were the standout for me then the rest of the scene which was freaking awesome
So basically one day they were filming DR Who when suddenly NPHarris randomly turned up in a bandleader costume with a boombox playing Spice Girls on repeat and just started dancing on the set. The director said "Ok lets just film that and hope he doesnt ask to be paid" and the rest is now Dr Who canon!
This version of the Toymaker reminds me a bit of two classic Superman villains - Toyman and Mr. Mxyzptlk - and I love it.
Oh I get the comparisons. He does also remind me of a Marvel villain; Selene. Specifically, how petty a multi millenium old being can be when they go the extra mile. Also, the camp factor.
Pretty sure that even if the bullets had landed he would have been fine, being an immortal and all. UNIT needs an equivalent to a reality gem to deal with this kind of threat...i guess the closest would be the Skasis paradigm but they haven't got any computers that powerful yet.
❤️ "promo sm"
This scene is both fun and creepy at the same time. Such an amazing dynamic.
The toymaker is one of the 6 celestial guardians, the guardian of Dreams, his power is so great that he can alter the laws of the universe itself.
Yup he's a great old one or a death lord from the previous universe (or early universe depending on what u see as canon) but unlike the white and black guardian he doesn't seem to serve the grace.
He couldn't get through the wheelchair ladies plot armor I guess
Q mixed with The Mask
