Personally I use fz glide for the internal contact and mystic on the tracks. The compression is at 4 clicks. Though my v5 is ball core with springs instead of maglev so you might want to add dignitas or any slower lube you like

RS3M V5 is one of the best cubes so far. Gan was more expensive but feels like it is about to fall apart any second and has no magnets, so the edges are not correctly alligned.
