Great video! Oh to play Ocarina of Time for the first time ever again...Wish I could do that. I would say it's one of the greatest games of all time but that comes from playing it closer to launch as opposed to later on. It's still a great game but with so many games that have gone above and beyond what it did I can see how some would look at it and think it wasn't anything special. However, when it released it was the most amazing game I had ever played.
I 100% agree with you. Anyone coming to it later is going to see an older game. But there were still themes and moments that really really stuck with me as I played it. In a historical context, it’s 100% one of the most important games for sure. It paved the way for where we are today.
