Happy New Year !!
This is my first speed build where I have used all the game passes. Typically in builds I change a lot of things as I go on, so bear with me as it's a learning process! A head's up, when I do the interior part, I may edit or add stuff to exterior, as well. I'm going to try to not change so much in future vids, but for now here's my first advanced build! Lmk your thoughts :) Like + comment + sub if you enjoyed !

You are so kind tysm! The house value is $339k, but I believe I put in around $280k. Currently I am not building anyone houses rn, but it’s a possibility down the line!
*** For the patio and garden area of the house, I recommend using the “relaxed side table” or the “wooden plank” found in structural. There’s not too many interior decals. You should be able to do plant decals for outside, just maybe not taller ones. I also didn’t change the windows too much, so they should look relatively the same. So sorry for the inconvenience and happy building !! ***

what gamepasses does this need?
Hey! I used all game passes (advanced placing, transform, multiple floors, and large plot (but can do this on a small plot)). advanced placing is my most used one, next to transform, but I really only use the transform pass for rugs and trees and the window on the roof
