RAE and CMA Training Session - October 14, 2024
This first training will cover the primary functions of a Case Management Agency (CMA) and Regional Accountable Entity (RAE), including overlapping responsibilities; how (best practices) the respective organizations can coordinate to improve member care and experience; and presentation and discussion of different case scenarios.
