In this video I demo the ticket workflow we created to justify the ROI of automation tickets created. This is so that we can widen the ability to create automations to our entire team. This uses Rewst and HaloPSA together to use the data within our ticketing system as well as entered values to do the business math to prioritize the right work to be started first.

Wow - every day the thumbnails get worse! Today is another jaunt down operational metrics - this time service focused. What are you tracking and how are you challenging that metric to make sure that there isn’t a flaw in the data.

Thanks for the shoutout! It is so crazy to hear how people come up with business names. I know some people who buy companies and own several companies often name their companies like "The Best Flowers" for a florist. Because it helps with SEO and things like that. Because then when people search "The best flowers near me" they get that shop. But I personally never shop at those places.
I like a unique name as well - something that says something about the type of service or what makes them special :)
