I tried to stay up as briefly as I could and out of the way of any first responders. I know people can get upset just at the sight of a drone. That fire was so big, I had to record it a little bit.

@protorhinocerator142 honestly, it was an afterthought as I posted on the drive and didn't do any editing. I can probably add it in though...

@@TheTrueheartTribe Please. And you might want to caption it by saying this is closer to what the people saw. I googled some images and there were others that showed the purple prominences from the sun. I could see one of those very clearly when I saw the eclipse. It was magical. You might want to show that image too. Give the people some eye candy. Not everyone got to see the eclipse like I did. In a more perfect world, everyone would have seen it.

@@TheTrueheartTribe The corona on the thumbnail looks vastly different from what was visible on the 8th. I can't put my finger on it, but it looks like someone took the corona from 2017 and combined it with a different one from yet another eclipse.

@@protorhinocerator142 It was so amazing I was too busy savoring the flavor of the "bursting" little orange clusters in my mouth I simply didn't see them before hand.

Cousin!!!!!!!! I just found out about this a few years ago after deep digging on my mothers side. Due to her grandmother passing away very young, an entire branch of our tree was lost to time. Thanks to DNA testing and ancestry records, I was able to find so many new things.

@@TheTrueheartTribe My grandmother was a Simpson her Mothers mother was of Cecil/Written stock.

@@paleface4404 So my grandfather was a Martin, who's mother Dorothy Sexton, her grandmother (my 3rd GGMother) was Julia Ann Witten, daughter of Thomas Witten the V or VI. Who was married to Eleanor Cecil. Yup, definitely cousins lol

Not sure how deep you have gone down the Cecil tree, but it get's really impressive. @@paleface4404

Another cousin here! My last name is still Witten. My dad always said this was us and I thought it was just a coincidence. I'm doing some genealogy for Father's Day for him...turns out he wasn't kidding

Not gonna lie, I was given some bad info and highly underestimated the level of difficulty. The bathrooms everywhere were highly appreciated though
