Although coastal areas are amazing, Croatia has it's other, continental parts that are also very well worth visiting for huge number of resaons: amazing cultural heritage, very interesting and very old and preserved cities ( beautiful capital of Zagreb -mix of Vienna old-world style, Mediterranean and eastern Europe cultural influences with amazing architecture, baroque era Varazdin, fortified city of Karlovac, Osijek for it's fort-city, Djakovo with amazing cathedral and famous noble horse stable, Vukovar, medieval Ilok citadel, old and charming Pozega, Slavonski Brod for it's grand star shaped fort and Franciscan monastery...), culinary traditions, preserved castles, traditional villages (for instance Kumrovec in Zagorje region, also Josip Broz Tito's birthplace!, Krapje for it's majestic wooded architecture, villages in Baranja region with vine cellars...), great natural heritage, wineries that are producing world class vines some of which were even served at the English Royal court and during the coronation ceremony of the Queen Elizabeth II. Croatia is very diverse country comprising of various regions each one them having it's own traditions, cultural characteristics, culinary traditions, history, cultural heritage. There are also variations in climates! So you should definitely explore continental Croatia starting from capital of Zagreb and it's surroundings that could easily fit in one video show at it's own.
