Will a similar process work to hide collections from search too?

This is just what I need! I followed the directions using the snippet #1 and #2 and ended with this error in Console: Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined at no-image-copy.js?v=69227385691055395341732056578:1:1 Tested on Safari and Chrome. Any thoughts?

Hi Will! Hope this comment finds you well after all these years! This method still works great but I have an issue, I use a wholesale app that has a section for products that only wholesale tagged customers can view by logging in. Issue I’m having is that anyone can view the wholesale products by using the search bar (they do not get wholesale prices if they aren’t a wholesale tagged customer) which is good, BUT once I add the 1 value to the hidden metafield it certainly hides the product from the search function which is great, but it also removes the wholesale pricing for the wholesale customers. Do you know why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks!

I am having an issue with this code, I have added sub menus to my menus, and the hover works for the first set of menus but once I navigate past the first submenu, the whole menu closes... can you please help?

The 2nd plugin, "Shopify Liquid Template Snippets" appears to be referring to the extension by Franky Lau. It has 170K downloads as of this writing. I noticed there's another that has only 5K downloads called "Shopify Liquid Snippets" by Ways Agency. Although it has fewer downloads, I wonder if anyone has compared the two, because Franky's extension was originally published mid 2016 and last updated mid 2021, whereas the Ways Agency extension was developed and updated last year (2023). Maybe it's a fork with newer features!?

This is great, just what I was looking for! I'd also like to give people that sign up a discount code that reveals itself upon signing up on the blog post, but without them having to leave the blog page and go to their email. Any suggestions for this? Would it be possible to make the sign up confirmation message show the code, that they can then copy and use? Thanks!

On the Refresh Theme it is in meda-gallery.js, Line 52 : window.scrollTo({ top: top, behavior: 'smooth' }); -> Just add "//" (without ") before that line. Refresh Theme Version 14

thx will, it worked with a single drop-down menu, yet it did not work on a double-nested drop-down menu. On a double-nested drop down the menu disappears when you try to bring your mouse right after double-nested items. Any chance to help with this?

hey @willMisback been following your content for a while. Thank you for it! What is your recommendation for integrating this with headless so that my headless will have the same theming as the monolith site? So I have setup headless in VScode and that is fine and I have set this up to pull down all the the theme files (works great). Now working on combining the two, if you will.

@WillMisback this fix works perfectly for studio template but for trade the dropdown gets closed as soon as we move the cursor to the items in the dropdown. What would your suggestion be to deal with this problem?

Hello! Your videos are very useful, thank you for the content! I am trying to run shopify theme dev in my VSC terminal but every time it redirects me to log in using my web browser, and I log in succesfully, it returns an error message "invalid target" to the terminal, any suggestions?
