I have found that a great way to listen is to use headphones and turn the volume down to around 30-40 percent, and take deep and expansive breaths. Feel your chest, mind, and body expand with each inhale. Drop all tension from your body with every exhale. Let the sound of your own sacred breath be louder, so that the sounds and intentions spoken in the video are more in the background. This emphasizes the sound of your own breath, and that sound can carry you all the way into Spirit. I hope this method helps you get even more out of this video. You can also turn the volume down to even 10 percent, or all the way down to zero, and breathe deeply in the same way. The energy will still be communicated. As always, as you listen, relax and rest as your divine and splendid self, immerse yourself in your own love, as you bathe in the Tachyon Energy/Love/Reiki flowing through this video. I just realized that you can breathwork with this video. Use the money circle as a guide. Breathing in through your nose, follow the money around for one rotation around the ball of light, then breathe out through your mouth for another rotation. Keep breathing continuously.
