What's your plan in case there's a economic collapse? Housing market collapse? Rates getting Higher? What's the plan when the news starts talking about WW3 more? Do people really wanna buy a house during world War? Truly interested in your view because your obviously killing it in your path!
Rates are constantly changing but my opinion on it is people will always need a place to stay. And depending on the buyer they will go with what’s comfortable to them. What are they going to do wait it out until rates go back to 2 & 3%? I don’t think that will stop people from buying That’s just my opinion though…
@Sydiorr I completely understand I just see people becoming skeptical if rates do keep going up. As of now there will probably be the FOMO of getting a lower rate instead of 9%-11% later down the line! But let's see 🥸🥸
Do you invest your time and money into yourself…..I saved up 10k opened a business I seen was gonna be profitable and took a chance on myself, best chance I ever took….Not to mention any High Class guy won’t date a lady under 25 because we know they’re still in their Party Stage, so you are ahead of the Curve and have a very bright Future listen to your gut it’ll never steer you wrong…..God Bless my Fellow Sigma
