Hi. Would you please say me what size is wrench socket?
Nice boat mate what model is itand how much are they worth? if you dont mind me asking 👍🏻
@axelsol89 it's a quintrex I paid 10k for it , pretty cheap for what it is . I wanted that size to avoid wearing PFD all the time Cheers
@@grumpysgarage4387 yeah I was wonder what model Quintrex it is mate? trying to learn what earlier models are called so i know what to look for that's not a bad price for a pretty clean boat good score mate 👍🏻

Thanks for the handy guide Grumpy, I did my swift brakes this past weekend and it went swimmingly except for me not remembering to reset the adjuster gizmo and couldn't get the drum back on the first one.
It's interesting how someone managed to put the steering wheel on the wrong side, yet the brake master cylinder is on the correct side. Hopefully you will get that beast sorted out someday. That generation of Camaro has long been extinct here in the states.
@robotcantina8957 haha I have a very long leg 😆 Rob The conversion was done 25 years ago a big rod under the dash for the booster I get lots of comments here as well Cheers
Was the wife another thing you ordered off eBay? Is so where’s the link ?
Looks more like a Temu product though, eagerly awaiting your response mate cheers.
@@benjamin1488 the link is Go fuck yourself But thanks for the very un intelligent and disrespectful comments Having said that all comments regardless of small dick little brain they may be helps my algorithms Cheers Nick head
Spot on! Well needed refresher before I tackle the MOT jobs. Big thanks from Scotland 🏴
Glad it helped
Hi Dave, its a great video, I was wondering if you could tell me when you're pushing or moving this bike without riding it, do you hear any humming sounds? Mine is making some humming noise from the rear wheel part when I moving the bike out of my yard.
@i90087 thanks for asking, yes both bike do make a slight sound from the hub when pushing it , but no sound when pedalling without power I will be uploading the review in a couple weeks, both bikes will be over 1000kls Cheers Dave
Thanks for your reply 😊
Thanks for the review, I've been looking at these Mamba bikes recently and you answered a fair amount of questions I had, cheers mate.
@MCDlusiv the boys have done over 1000kls no problems as yet, Cheers for your comment 👍
with a pre-assembled kit it would be more practical
didn't know you could buy them
I've had a mamba 750watt fat tyre bike now for 2 years done 7000 km . Taken it regularly on mountain bike mountain bike tracks and daily to work and back approx 40 km . Top speed ive down down hill 90 km 😅 frightening on bike. Just heaps of fun . I keep it well maintained. Find that i get about 80 km per charge . Takes approx 4 hours to charge from empty. Love the bike! Especially considering others are double the price. Had a 250 watt ..in my opinion "hopeless "
@scottdennis456 we love the bikes too The boys are hardly home their out visiting mates , thanks for the comment great to hear for someone that has had it for a while. Cheers Dave
Thank you so much.. very helpful.. new subscriber now

@danwarre74 I was so confused looking for a bike , 1 bike has done 700kls already without any issues My son is of the computer 🖥 and hardly home Cheers 🍻
Hoping to grab one for myself would be a treat if I got one for free🎉
Authentic review mate - thanks. Just about to buy one.
@JaayEmm thanks for your comment the kids really enjoy riding all day now
Great reviews! I'm about to get and you answer all my questions.
@facundoaguilera8095 I'm glad it helped one bike has over 700kls with no issues Cheers
Hey mate, just wondering if you have come across any issues with it since purchasing? Is the build quality good? How long does the battery last?
Hi zack the only issue's so far is loose bolts on one of the bikes, just simple stuff the bike holds up well they are on 500kls now and still going the same as new quality I'm not sure as it's the only model we have , the battery is lasting around the 40klm area but my boys mainly use the accelerator, next weekend I'll be riding it around to test just how long it lasts and doing the follow up video Cheers Dave
@@grumpysgarage4387 Thanks for the tips. I think I will buy it as it is on sale right now and seems to be good value. Looking forward to seeing the video. Cheers Zack

I understand mechanics need to make money but some prices are ridiculous, I use UA-cam all the time to save money. I glad I could help Cheers Dave
Where is part 3?😮
It's coming soon
Bad drum break leathers cause abs light to turn as my swift abs lights on and off some time and obd2 sensor shows error of both rear left right sensor i didn't understand whats an issue can you please suggest me something
Try looking under the right back floor trim that's where all the wires run sometimes the wire might brake just re join them if so Or replace the both right and left side the new ones always come with ready fitted brackets Hope that helps
Do i need abs ring for that?
Should not need to replace if your model came out with it
@@grumpysgarage4387thank you❤

Thanks for that. As I am showing my daughter how to change the rear breaks on her Swift and this will give her a good starting point.Steve U.K.
That's the best thing dads can do for their children teaching them life skills
Could you please also make a video of how to replace Swift Thermostat and Intake Manifold as well ?
I would really request and appreciate if you could also make a detailed video on replacement of Suzuki Swift Inlet Manifold and Thermostat...
Where is the boat update!!
I've done the trailer and couple other things finding time to edit with everything going on I'll try for after Easter sorry Cheers
jesus that`s a bull way of having to remove the damn thing on a swift :-s .. ty for the video, was about to go out and do it .. thinking it`s like any rear brake .. but noo no .. ty
Don't be shy just take your time you can do it Cheers
Thanks for this helpfull video. I will have to change my Ignis’ brakes next weeked. Did you just turn the handbrake lever down? Or do also have to loosen up the cable?
No just wind it back when the drum is off
Thanks a lot from Hamburg 😊
Your welcome cheers 🍻
I'm thinking of doing this. What were the measurements to correctly locate the flutes?
sorry about the late reply I got a mate to bring his car over measured of it cheers dave

What brand brake shoes did you buy for thirty odd bucks please?
Awesome tutorial, does the handbreak need to be positioned down during the process ? thank you.
Yes leave the handbrake of Cheers
Thanks for that video hav to do the change at weekend. The left Brake is stocked, think the pad came loosen and blocked the wheel fully. Will report when done.
Perfect I'm happy the video helps Cheers
Helped a lot, prob solved!!! Thank a lot!!!
Hoping someone can help me - the girlfriend had her Swift in for an MOT and Service recently, the print out after the service said the rear drum brakes weren't inspected. Should they have been? I'd have assumed a service would need to check the brakes regardless of if they are discs or drums.
Cheers most times service will check the handbrake adjustment, The back breaks don't work 50.50 with front brakes some vehicles are 80.20 so no drama if they're worn-out
hi ..did you measure the bump steer
Yes it's pretty close
For reference: 250 Euro with taxes (19%)
Thanks grumpy sir, the vid explaination is so clear, and lots of detail into it, for every reason, why every part is there.
Thanks for the great comment 👍
Great explain
Thank you very much 😊
hello sir..its the sama right for swift 2014?..after you put ever thing back together the drum brake will automicaly self adjust?.
Some models need to be adjusted manually, google your vehicle model , Cheers Dave
