Amazing video
Hello What did you use for ballast and did you spray your rails before you did all the ballasting ?? I’m using realtrax also and yours looks nice
¡Qué belleza! ¡Felicitaciones!🎉🎉🎉
What a great model railway, what did you use for the power lines ? They look very realistic
thank you; i used thin copper wire from amazon
BEAUTIFUL, love every thing on layout, RAVEON MAN!!!!😊😄👍👍
Unbelievable. Amazing video.
thank you
Three rail is the most fun for just playing trains. 👍
The night view is super fun. Thanks for sharing.
THANK YOU
Well done railroad and video. 👍
THAN YOU VERY MUCH

It is a shame that all of the modern manufacturers cursor trains with the third rail. When ahm came out with 0 scale 2 rail DC train in the late seventies they did not try to make them compatible with Lionel stuff from the 50s. I see all of these beautiful layouts and everything on the way out is brand new but it still has to have the third rail and that kind of spoils the sense of realism. I wish mthi come out with solid to railtrack like for their RealTracs I hate it when they stop the solid rail because being an xho Model Railroader I like solid rail track. I was very disappointed when I got a circle of 042 at found it was changed to the sheet metal which is much lighter and cheaper to build. It would have cost me too much to send it back so I was stuck with it.
Gefällt mir sehr gut! Alterung des Krans ist gelungen! Innenanlagen haben ihre besonderen Vorzüge.
VIELEN DANK
Very nice! 👍👍
THANKS AGAIN
This video really shows me the creativity that you have, very nice video!
THANK YOU FOR THE NICE COMENT

thank you very much
Very nice video
thank you
Thomas, nice railroad you have here, I just subscribed.
fantastic Alco engine sounds! nice slow operations. nice layout too. Thats my kind of operating train layout.
Super layout! I like the water tower!
VERY Impressive layout
Love it! Great layout and video!
Genial!
Espectacular!
Fantastic layout! I felt like I was really in the cab!
Excellent layout. I have always been a PRR fan. I would love to see a footprint of the entire layout. What are the dimensions? I know this video has been up a while and perhaps will not get a reply. This is the first I have seen it though. Very nice
MTH is not O scale because there are 3 rails. O scale is 2 rail DC.
Ernest Imken, MTH does make 2 rail locomotives and conversion kits for rolling stock. To say MTH is not O scale is incorrect. Also, while DC is the more commonly used current in 2 rail O scale, it is irrelevant in an argument of scale vs non-scale.
Good photography, but MTH is not O scale. O scale is 2 rail DC. O gauge is 3 rail.
A very nice layout, indeed! Attention to detail is remarkable. I like your trackage--painted rusty brown. What kinda track is it? I have only 1 O scale diesel and all the rest are steam engines. I'm modeling a period before most diesels were even invented.
Looks like Lancaster
Nice layout
Impressive. Great detail. Like your diesels.
Awesome layout
MTH is not O scale. It's O gauge or hi-rail. O scale is 2 rail DC.
Finally, someone who places a tower in an actual interlocking setting! Lol. Being too picky. But anyway what an awesome layout! I love your attention to the smallest details! That PRR "banshee" whistle sounds great. Wish they could get the PRR 3- chime right!
Love the weathering and details!
Beautifully realized layout. Thank you for posting. Love your dynamic blue skies.
Thomas ..I came across your channel today.. I've watched four videos.. The layout is very nice.. the scenery..track plan..the flow..it's all good. I look forward to catching the rest of what you have offered on your channel. Thank you for sharing. Tom
THANK YOU KINDLY
Awesome layout if your on Facebook here’s something you mite be interested in. m.facebook.com/groups/202535083486769
Good camera scan but 3 rail is not O scale. O scale is 2 rail DC.
MTH is not O scale. It's O Guage or 3 rail. O scale is 2 rail DC.
MTH is not O scale. It's hirail or 3 rail. O scale is 2 rail DC.
Could you explain your technique on ballasting your Realtrax? I noticed that on one of your first videos you had the realtrax already down without ballast. Did you apply the ballast after you put the track down if so how? Thanks P.S. Beautiful layout!!!
Sorry for delayed response, Yes! I put the ballast down after laying the track. But before ballasting I use 1/4 inch foam insulation sheets from Home Depot. Cut it at an angle to lay against the track and fill in the space between tracks. It is tedious work but I believe it looks better. And then I brush the ballast between the ties with a mixture of 3 equal parts water, white Elmer's glue, flat latex color of your choice ( I used latex flat brown). Than in a separate container add a few drops of Dawn liquid dish detergent in to a quart of water and spray a fine mist on to the ballast. after that apply the glue mixture with an eye dropper. Now in hindsight I should have used fine or medium black or dark gray cinder made by Woodland Scenic. The track beds will look more realistic. I hope this was helpful, Any questions let me know.
Thanks for your help on ballasting the track. I want to know if your happy with Realtrax or would you have preferred another brand. I really like the looks of realtrax but in doing research it appears most folks would rather have used something else. Thanks
Hi Chris, If i had to do it again i would use atlas or gargraves, i might even go 2 rails, hope it helps, thomas
Excellent layout with superb details.
THANK YOU MUCH PHIL
Makes me want to start another O gauge layout
thanks a lot
Very nice layout and train action.
