This is one of our 12s commercial cases that is used by professionals to fly heavy lift drones for exploration. What soldering station do you use. ?
We originally used a Tenma, We now use Weller WX2 stations.
3:37 - very concerning to see the "professional" plugging the un-antispark connector into the unit last, rather than the adapter into the unit first and then plugging the anti-spark battery connector into the adapter. wtf!?

It’s funny actually. We are not video editors, we build charging systems. We take our personal time to film, edit and post these. We do not monetize our videos. We don’t make them as social media creators, we do it for the love of the hobby and our customers. What we hate is people that have hateful comments because they don’t have the capacity to use the volume button on their smart devices. BTW, your welcome to do this video yourself.
Pardon my sarcasm but the real stupidity IMO is when there is good info spoilt by distracting and irrelevant music ESPECIALLY LOUD music. Is this a music video or balance charging video.
Question, just built a case like this using a idst p10, but when I use the parallel charging boards it says abnormal voltage?
I would contact the company that you purchased the setup from and talk to their support department.

hi how did you mount the components to the base? did you glue a standoff?
applying the foil does the FX let you know what color next or do you just put one in and it reads it? Then you inserted it into the cutter and you were looking through something to line someting up? it looks great by the way ,good job
You set the foil order when you do the design, the printer has a display that lets you know the next foil, it also reads the foil via a RFID chip in the foil roll, it will inform you of the amount of foil left.

still can't figure out how to get 2S to discharge at 30A, it is set to 30A but only discharges at 6A
Max discharge is 45 watts per channel.or 70 watts combined. You can use regenerative discharge, this setting will give you more capabilities. 1100 watts x2 or 1600 watts combined.

I use a gas soldering pen for connectors where the cap is put on after soldering, 10 times faster and way better than fidling with a soldering iron.

i have a traxxas 550xl from a maxx the bullets are 6.5mm. i want to put this motor into my rustler 4x4 but the 3s esc motor connectors are 3.5mm what should i do

Hard to believe you cannot get these chargers anymore.....and nobody seems to know why.
Unfortunately they had some quality issues over the last 3-4 years and it killed the brand.

When we made the video over 5 years ago we were not using the 909 in our builds, we do have 4 designs that currently use the 909. We do plan on doing a updated video but need to find the time.

Yea, I have the BD250 and it is obvious that they are used here. The operation is the same and even the blue LED on the fan is still the same

We have a modified DPl8 touch, the power was split to two channels instead of the daisy chain and shielding was added. It’s in a 920 case with a Meanwell 1600 and the MPAx4 paraboards. $750
