Air Fried Tandoori Shrimp | Tandoori Prawns | Just Cravings
Tandoori Shrimp:
Ingredients:
Shrimp: 1 lb.
Hung Yogurt: ½ cup
Salt to taste
Red chili powder: 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Garam masala powder: 1 tsp
Lemon juice: ½ tbsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Diced onions: ½ cup
Diced peppers: ½ cup
Coriander leaves to garnish
Bamboo skewers soaked in water for 15 min
Method:
1. Mix all the above ingredients together except coriander leaves.
2. Marinate shrimp for at least 30 minutes.
3. Thread the shrimp, onions, and peppers to the skewers.
4. To air fry, spray the air fryer basket with some oil and air fry at 350F for 12 to 13 minutes.
5. Alternatively, grill the loaded skewers on a heated skillet for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
