I think people are the hardest asset to protect. You can put all the right tools for protection, processes, procedures, etc. But at the end of the day, people make their own decision - sometimes stupid decisions, unknowingly. And there is no way to catch it beforehand until an incident already happened, or a mistake has already been made.
