If you have a Wii U, put Blu Ray Disc on Wii U, if you don't have it, that's Okay.

the wii was originally gonna have support but they decided to remove it
fun fact: the Wii supports DVDs but Nintendo disabled rhe feature in software all because they didn't wanna pay the DVD royalty fee per Wii sold theres legitimately a DVD on rhe Disc Channel banner as well, it sits half off screen to the left of the Wii disc, with its visibility turned off so you cant see it
pretty sure at one point there was going to be native dvd compatibility on the wii

Dude as a dual OS person windows kinda bad but both are good in their own ways. Windows = gaming more hardware support workstations VM’s and more. MacOS is good for creativity and stuff like music production or video editing.
