I enjoy your videos and you always lift me up. I can't speak on that particular cleaning svc but will say yes Amex always stood by me for any issues I ever had that were dishonest/ and or overcharged. Cleaning services are not all created equal just like the individuals they have working for them. Sometimes you are better off going through word of mouth from a good friend or neighbor. I know my church will have local members listed in our weekly bulletin that have services to offer as cleaning, lawn work etc. I would feel much more comfortable trying that maybe you have something local like that too.
