@@gamestation2690 Honestly, probably not going to happen until next summer. They take weeks to research, write, refine, record, and edit. Which is an impossibility with the busy teaching schedule and two little ones at home. As opposed to these, which I can pump out in about 2 hours. Sorry!

@chags3512 I did but that was for the 1 drops. Genie could quest pretty freely, but like Diablo or Clarabelle would be a free +2 Lore for him.

@@Fatninja479 it's a time constraint. They run it on a weekday, and can't stay open past 8:30pm. And with many of us working full time, it's hard to realistically start before 6pm. So their solution was 4 rounds Bo1, 6-8pm, accounting for time/turns and prize handout. Starting this coming week, thanks to player feedback, they're switching to Bo2, but cutting to 3 rounds, 40 mins each. (Both 120 mins, so it fits!) Many of our players have lamented how Bo1 hurts practice for DLCs, Set Champs, LCQs, etc, because it puts so much on the die roll. So we're looking forward to the update!

@@SPMask I won another round against the same deck, but it's hard without a fast start and I feel they have an early Calhoun. Also I'm definitely not strong with this color combo, and list itself is probably a little shaky. Very fun though!

But in all seriousness, at Blue/Green, there are no meaningful threats on T2 that could come in and challenge from an empty board. I wasn't going to quest, guessing he was Red/Blue, but he freely gave the info he was Blue/Green. If he had said nothing, likely would have left it chillin' as is. 🫡

@@hollatafool Calhoun has an ability that gains 2 Lore when she challenges in. So if I quest with something small, Calhoun can challenge in, banish it AND gain 2 Lore. I was worried about the extra lore against a "location aggro" deck that is gonna gain a lot of incidental lore. Does that make sense?

@@alateralus88 Yeah, I'm definitely not 100% on this list. I tried to make it more midrangey/aggro instead of pure aggro, because I'm more used to Ruby Amethyst style play. Dunno what's best for sure, and this was first time playing these colors!

@SnapquesterMage Yea this is definitely one that is hard to track if removed. It's why I like having an evasive token or keeping the item on the card until the next turn.

I think they have excellent shuffle feel, great durability and quality, and good fit single or double sleeved. @@SnapquesterMage I have a hard time understanding the whole bounce back to my hand thing. But kinda whipped up a wild combo with kit cloudkicker and John silver from the new set to allow kit to shift on 3 for grab your swords then John silver is a pain cause when you play a card. Start of my turn they auto take 1 damage cause they are not exerted. Works great on inktable at least 🤣. I’ll get two out and anything with less than 2 strength can’t be played

@@knothead5367 I LOOOOVE bounce! But I also did a LOT of stuff like that in Magic for years (abusing or repeating enter/leave effects). But if you wanna see me out of my comfort zone, I played Ruby Sapphire a few videos ago, and wow I'm bad at it!

@ I watched it as well. This is my first TCG game I’ve ever played. I got into this by accident cause my wife thought the lorcana cards looked cute and then down the rabbit hole we went. I’ve wanted to buy a starter deck for magic to say I’ve tried it one time but seems like there are literally a 100 choices to choose from 😬. I’d have no clue where to start.

@knothead5367 Honestly Magic is super overwhelming right now. Too many new cards too often, and every card has like a 500-page novel worth of text on it. I've played off and on since the late 90s, and I'm just super burned out on it. Then Lorcana comes along and is like a breath of fresh air!

@@waynewrz it's my favorite colors! Lots of different ways to build. Low/aggressive with 1 drop Maleficent. Bounce package tempo. Blue Fairy Floodborn. Lots of new options with Azurite Sea! Especially with 1 drop Diablo and 3 drop Tinkerbell!

@@hungvan6326 it can also "protect" Steel Tink by bringing Evasive back. But yeah, that's probably the first thing to go, IMO. Wasn't stellar in any match.

Putting 11 ink on 1 character that could be deleted by 1 single card in each color except amber is so risky for me Shifting on lila tink is just like upgrade the body. Yeah, I really want to love Blue Fairy again, but I don't know how I feel. The other matches where she came into play, she wasn't as impactful as hoped. And the lack of Fox/Crab felt VERY weak when needing to challenge in (especially to locations). While I have a couple more of these to upload, I will probably be playing a different build next week. 😮

@ yeah, makes sense. Are you on multiple Zeus and GYS? Sorry I don’t remember your build. I feel like that is what kind of makes it. Being able to sing Zeus with genie and GYS from the plethora of 5 drops that you already drew from is what makes the deck super strong in addition to the draw power imo

@@DoYouPlayEdison This particular one does, because of the slew of 5 drops. Normally, when I just play the bounce package and lower curve, I really like 3/3 Canons/Smash. Also, the smaller damage spells work better with Crab/Fox too.

@@ozvuchkibilla I was (and still am hoping to!!) make a whole series talking about lots of elements of Wish. But the process of making these is extremely time consuming (this one took about 100+ hours of work between writing, recording, and editing). As a teacher I'm off Summers and hope to be able to continue, but with a 2 and 5 year old at home, it's been difficult to make time. Most of my content now is my Disney Lorcana gameplay, because it's one of the few things I actually can do, and editing them is only about 1-2 hrs each. Which is way more doable! But thank you! I hope to continue.... At some point!
