TRACKING MY CIVIC TYPE R FOR THE FIRST TIME @ NIGHT (SCARY)
First ever track experience with the Type R @ streets of willow CCW:D Super late post but oh well. Overall dope experience, it was super exhilarating and much needed since work has been depressing. Only ended up timing one session cause I thought we were automatically getting timed🤣 I did 3 sessions overall. My PB was a 1:32.034 which I think could’ve been faster because that lap towards the end I ran a 1:32.192 I short shifted 5th and let off the gas early LOL. I guess I also put the wrong lap for my PB but it's only 2 tenths of a second. My mods are only intake, hondata, flex fuel kit (e30blend), intercooler/ chargepipes. For having a generic a$$ alignment, tires with a treadwear rating of 560, and being full tank (e25) on that PB I’m honestly proud of myself. I also couldn’t mess with my tire psi because I didn’t have a tire gauge. I’m curious to see what I can run next time with 200 TW tires, e30, and the right tire pressure. About a month or so ago I got some maintenance done to my car. Super bummed I woke up late for the "Bayside Meet" but oh wells there will be a next one.
