We went back to the boat to do more work and add to the list of things to be completed. I look forward to the projects to come.

Today me and my boys spend time cleaning up the old boat and getting her ready to move up to Washington North Carolina. She’s going to take a lot of work to bring her back to her glory but in the end it’ll be well worth all the effort!

Celestron Edge HD Lens Shade/Dew Shield fitment

I primarily use the Celestron Lens Shade/Dew Shield to block out the lights around my house and I find that it does a great job in doing so. I had to cut it to fit around both dovetails on my main optical tube assembly as you will see. For dew prevention I have the Kendrick DigiFire 10 for both my main and tracking optical tubes.
I've wanted an M14 EBR since cod 4 haha
Throw a suppressor on there so mom doesn’t hear you 😂
Nice
Like it….
What year is that Oceanis the reason is I am looking for 1 at the moment
I also bought Oceanis 350 a year ago. And have some questions. Can I contact you somehow?
How many rounds before gas empty
These guns will usually get about 2 magazines worth of gas
@@blitz8425so you need an extra gas cartridge for the blow back function? Or do you shoot + blow back with 1 cartridge? Can you fill it up at home somehow? Or do you have to buy those cartridges?
@@Igai99 there's two types of blowback systems. 1. Is a simple CO2 cartridge you described, and it provides gas for the blowback and the propellant for the bb. The second are internal gas chambers, usually in magazines that you fill up with propane or green gas, and that too provides enough propellant for the bb and the blowback. CO2 cartridges are pretty cheap, but usually the magazines are just a little more expensive. Green gas is the most expensive gas you can use, with there being different pressure levels you can buy that will perform better in warmer/colder weather depending on where you are. But, you can use propane in all green gas magazines and propane is very cheap, you just have to be sure to lubricate your gun often, as propane is a very dry gas. Definitely worth doing some more research on, but typically people run a CO2 sidearm and a green gas/propane primary :)
This video made me buy this telescope. And I’m so glad.
Excellent setup. I am running a TMB 130SS on a CGEM. Scott
what is that white box on the side
Love that guidescope setup.
Does this gun still work for you?
Nice setup! The problem is that I can’t afford a telescope like that wish I could because I have pro deep space and solar system imagers I would like to use with a new scope.
now all you and I need is a dome setting this up outside is crazy.
Camera???
How do u like this mount? Seems to work fine with weight u have on it
It was an amazing system and everything worked flawlessly, and I miss it!
James Tanner thank You. Decieding on either this mount or new cgx
What size rings u have holding guide scope
One kick ass telescope you have there!
I've got a similar system EDGE HD 800. How did you control Stellarium with your Mac? I've tried everything and so far it won't connect. Thanks!
BRAVO! Good job James. But I do not understand why or how did I miss this video. Few months back I was researching telescope to figure out which scope will be my very 1st. My friend with 10 yrs into astrophotography gave me a hand on picking my first scope. So I ended up with the 8" EDGEHD with CGEM mount and Santa came by with a Canon 750D :) . All I'm missing is the Orion StarShoot AutoGuider Pro & 60mm Guide Scope Package. Hello, What is the diameter of the ADM mounting rings? 90mm? They look bigger to me, am I right? Thanks
Nice setup..But the spaghetti western music is annoying!
I had this owsome weapon but I preffer to assault role, you can find it here, just take a look: ^^ airsoftgogo.com/en/product/product/1327?referer=manvcorzo
Green gas I take it?
Yes
What accessories did you use to mount guide scope to the ota?
the music PLZ ..
Nice video! Does the top dovetail bar that holds the guide scope interfere with the dew shield. I just bought a astrozap dew shield. I'm curious if I can get away adding a dovetail on the top of my 8" edgehd on the advanced vx mount while still having enough room at the end to put the dew shield on. I can't find this info anywhere! Keep up the good work!
I had to trim the dew shield to fit around both top and bottom dovetails for proper fitment. Look closely at the video and you will see the modification. I hope this helps.
It does help. Thanks for the response. I might be out of luck then since the astroZap has the heater element running though it. Cant cut it
Kyle McMath To be honest I can't answer that question about the astrozap as I am not familiar with that type of shield. I use a Kendrick DigiFire system, much more versatile than being integrated in to a dew shield. This way I can still use the heating element if I choose not to use my dew shield.
This setup is so Sick!
Thank you, I love it!
Are you using a hyperstar lens for imaging or do you just not have an eyepiece installed?
