The rooms are centered around the pools but it's a pretty big resort so I'd say it depends on where your room is located. I can assist with booking and making a special request to be closer to pool area.

Thank you! Oh wow! Sorry to hear that your family got sick. Aruba has great restaurants with incredible food but sometimes food at the all inclusive resorts aren’t comparable.

The hotel is located in downtown Oranjestad. You have to take a ferry boat over to the island. I think it stays open until 6. If staying at the hotel, you have access to the private island. If not staying, you can purchase tickets.

Is there a beach on the downtown part where the hotel is?

They have mini fridges in both and water bottles.

The 1 and 2 bedroom there aren't but the 3 bedroom has a cooktop and stove so there are all the amenities of home to cook meals.

Wow! Glad you got the 4 days to vacation before getting sick.

I don’t believe the fridge is stocked but you are able to bring your own drinks to add to the fridge. It is all inclusive so really no need to bring your own unless you prefer a specific brand.

I liked the Divi better. Tamarijn seemed more rocky but we actually spent the day at Divi Beach and enjoyed it very much.

Tamarijn is more rocky but both are spectacular

How far away is the access to the beach? Seems like its a bit away from the resort?

do they have live shows at night ?

I don't think they have nightly shows but the Divi has movie nights and they share exchange privileges.

No it’s not all inclusive but it does have breakfast included as well as a complimentary cocktail hour each day-2 drinks and light snacks.

3 at the Dutch village and 1 at the Tamarijn.

It’s actually not that far especially using the shuttle. This is a great option for those looking to be centrally located to shops and restaurants and well as economically friendly.

This was very helpful as I'm considering staying here in July for our wedding anniversary. It was helpful to see the property and especially the casitas up close. Could you please tell me how the mattresses & pillows were - (comfortable, supportive, good quality)? As an older couple with occassional back & neck issues, comfortable beds & pillows are important to us. 😊 Also, did you or your husband have any problems with mosquitoes on the property at Boardwalk? Thank you
