Almost 16 years since this game released, and I still get that very unique tingle in my chest listening to this exact song with these exact beats. It's just a game but the rush you get from finishing this song really sticks with you forever.
The notes at 4:26 are nasty if you're left-handed. I just had to memorize that they were coming.

What is this music machine called looks handmade
If you search '30 note music box' you can buy the mechanism that can read/play programmed paper. Then its up to you to house it and punch the sheets. In my case I made a plywood housing for it and fixed a motor so I wouldn't have to hand crank it.
