I ended up tossing a lot of video these past few weeks. Came across a bunch of non savable parts. Mainly the power steering rack ate up about a weeks worth of time just to toss it in the trash. I'm currently getting parts stripped and ready to be dropped off for powdercoating. While those parts are out I am getting started on the rear of the car.

In the never ending quest to remove everything on this car. Making room to finish painting the engine bay. Also making space to repaint the wheel wells. The never ending cycle.

Decided to move my Mishimoto oil coolers around. Helped to shorten hose length. Was able to delete just over a foot from the PS cooler and just shy of 4 feet from the oil cooler. Moving them also opened more space for piping once the turbo is installed.

This is a easy but tedious project. Hopefully this video will help any of you that are looking to either replace the intake manifold gasket or want to take the manifold off to give it a good cleaning. I will say the stock setup with the pcv system and egr working off the number 4 cylinder will coat your entire manifold in oil.

Removed the steering Column, then decided to pull the pedals and shifter assembly.

The fun of taking a rusted up front suspension apart. May make a funny video of the over an hour of thumping parts with a hammer. Tried not to skip too much and show direction. Any questions, hit me up.

Quick Video on removing the dash bar and heater core. I feel bad for anyone who has a heater core failure, this would of been a big job from start to finish. The heater core is pinned between the dash bar and the firewall.

Finally got around to pulling the engine harness along with cutting fuse box harness and labeling before pulling it into the car. Still have some labeling and disconnecting inside to do before I can pull the rest of the harness out. Next up is draining some coolant so I can pull the heater core assembly completely out.

Finally got around to pulling the engine fuse box and ECU. I will most likely be trying to downsize the fuse boxes and going with a standalone ECU.

Been a rough last couple of weeks. Getting the Stock brake components removed. Cleaning up and prepping before putting new parts back in.

Pulled the Fuel and Vent Lines. Getting everything I can off the bottom of the car to prep for cleanup and sealing. Eventually I will be installing new fuel feed and return lines.

Pulled the Dash and pulled and cut all the wiring that I don't need anymore. Getting a Pin kit is on the to-do list. Still a lot more to get done.

So with some determination, a heat gun, along with a flathead screwdriver. You too can fight to remove the Ebrake cover. 16 year old glue did not want to let go. Even after getting it hot enough to burn my hand. Took about 30 min start to finish to get the cover off and unbolt from the car.
