    The best place to create a sea, is actually.... Siberia. If we had enough water to fill 150 m after that all the glaciers have melt.... Unfortunately it's only 65 to 70 m.

    At 4:10 there is a mistake: Baikal seals are NOT the only seals living in fresh water. Finnish "saimaan norppa" (seal of Lake Saimaa) is also a relic of the last ice age and lives only in Lake Saimaa. There is also a separete species of seals living in Lake Laatokka (Ladoga) in Russia.

    The coolest thing about Baikal, is that it was once several times deeper, but sediment covered the bottom making it shallower.

    It can't be millions of years old It's roughly 163,000 centimeters deep and grows 2 cm per year. Assuming 2cm p/yr is correct, it shouldn't be more than 81,500 years old, respectively
